Wild Timber Designs has been producing innovative custom designs since 1997. Working with native Texas woods, we handcraft each piece individually to bring out its unique character. Our products are made form solid hardwood, which is kiln dried and milled to our exacting standards. Each and every countertop is individually crafted to the customers design and finished to a fine luster that is inviting to the touch.
Our counter tops are designed to enhance the ambiancer of any room in the house, and become a focal point for friends and family. If a traditional maple countertop is what is desired, we use clear hard Rock Maple, which comes from the forests of the far north. This classic hardwood has been used in homes and commercial kitchens for centuries.

Our wooden countertops, butcher blocks, cutting boards and dining tables are unique and lovingly hand crafted. We are a artisan company of skilled craftsmen working with all types of woods and take pride in each product we make.
We renovated our kitchen with custom cherry cabinets, granite countertops, and professional grade stainless steel appliances. Guests look right past that and always gush over our mesquite butcher block center island. It's the one thing in my kitchen that is so unique and beautiful! We knew we wanted something different for our center island and we are glad we saw you at the Austin Home and Garden show.
Wild Timber Designs uses only the highest quality hand-selected Maple, Walnut, Pecan, Mesquite, and Cherry Woods for custom countertops and center islands. Every kitchen countertop, center island, and butcher block top is a work of art. Our quality and craftsmanship have made us a leader in the industry.
We use native woods such as Mesquite, Pecan, Cherry and Walnut. Our Mesquite and Pecan are hand picked directly from the mill. Many of our tables are made from one log and have book matched tops that are very unique and impossible to find in stores. Our fireplace mantels are handmade and resemble a large log. They are made from solid woods, but are hollow in the back so they can easily be mounted on your fireplace using a couple of hidden screws. In less than fifteen minutes, you can have a beautiful fireplace mantel installed that would enhance any room.
