Renaissance Stone did a fantastic job of fabricating and installing four bathroom vanities, including an eleven foot long master bathroom vanity with a double sink. We used three different slabs. All four layouts were beautifully done using up to date imaging technology, so it was easy to visualize the finished product. The crew is awesome! They were diligent, and communicated clearly. The installation went smoothly, with a perfect fit and finish in all four bathrooms. This was all done at a very reasonable price. That being said, stone countertops are an improvement meant to be appreciated for

I worked with these folks on my bathroom project and it went smooth as can be. They cleaned up after themselves and my install was great. I had lots of choices for my quartz and a wonderful crew to work with. Thanks to all at Renaissance Stone Works.

I had an excellent experience with Renaissance Stone Works. The guys that installed our quartz countertops were incredibly knowledgable and willing to do whatever they needed to for our project to work out. Our kitchen and bathrooms turned out beautiful.

Staff were very nice, but they have SERIOUS problems with scheduling. The gentleman who was to measure our job forgot about the appointment. We called when he didn't show and he apologized for forgetting and headed to our house. We then scheduled the installation. They stood us up two times (we had our contractor waiting each time and I took off work) and they didn't call to say they weren't showing. Each time we had to call when they didn't show at the time specified. The last time the lady answering the phone said the installer was in the shop and would be at our house soon. She was fully aware

This review is long overdue. We had our kitchen granite countertops installed back in 2010. We drove out to their store in Spicewood & we remember they were very polite & helpful. We met with the installers there & I asked them to arrange the slab with a beautiful pattern in it, to be placed near our sink. It was done perfectly & we are so happy with the results! Our kitchen island gets many compliments - the whole kitchen does from our friends. The owner even came out to our house before the work was done for a consult & he was so nice! I'll never forget. Highly recommend

We were very pleased with our experience with Renaissance Stone Works. We went to their showroom and found a beautiful remnant for our island. They came and measured one day and came back the next time to tear out and install. They did a wonderful job and the workers were timely and very considerate. Our beautiful new granite island has really enhanced the beauty of our home.

Be sure to ask at every point for hidden costs. I had granite installed in our kitchen and master vanity and had asked if they had a remnant in the vanity to get a discount. I received two emailed quotes with the discounted rate was sent over to me by Courtney (one of their workers). After they installed the Granite, my wife paid them because I was running an errand but for the original amount (without remnant). When I called to let them know I paid too much, they said that they made a mistake and forgot to add labor for the vanity so there was no refund. They actually tried to charge me 68

Avoid these people at all costs or it will cost you! First your order will take longer than they first told you because the material you wanted is "out of stock" or you can upgrade to what they have in stock and cost more. They will show up late for measurements (half hour) and installation (2 hours) and do not call or apologize. If you complain, the quality of their work will be poor and they don't care. Installation will take longer because they will not even arrive with your complete order. They took 6 hours on a 3 hour job and then they want to come back when they are ready
