Any time that I may have questions, or to check when delivery will be, I have always received a very courteous and professional response, but also knowing that the person is concerned for whatever my dad may need. And we always receive the delivery on the date that I have been given.

The man that delivered my medicine and other stuff, actually came out during a snow storm and drove 2 hours in 9 inches of snow just to make sure I had my medicine. The roads and interstate haven't even been cleared, but he was more concerned about me and my health.

Just reading you are an employee owned company, I’m excited about this new patient experience. This is my first home visit for any medical treatment. I will share the only interactions with your company at this point, equipment delivered. I haven’t experienced this type of pre-procedure care ever. Hopefully this will continue.

I was notified to expect a delivery the following day and the driver was courteous and professional with my delivery. My apartment is a little confusing to get into so he called and I was able to meet him at the door for the delivery. Thank you!
