Our system offers a personal portal for our customers where they can see up to date information on all their shipments. The portal is web-based so customers may access their portal from any mobile device or computer platform. Updates and shipment tracking is always live so our customers can check on where their shipment is at any time of day or night.

Carriers can look through our available freight on the carrier portal. Loads can be sorted by location, equipment type, weight, trailer length, origin, destination, picks/stops, etc.

Booked a load. Driver empty Thursday night. Had load booked and Double confirmed with Natalie. Deadheaded 100 miles out of way for 1800 friday appt. Dispatch called driver 2 times to confirm appt. We emailed them upon arrival 20 minutes early for appt. They emailed back thanking me and to let them know when loaded.
Driver called and load double… booked. Emailed back and asked them to call ASAP. Called them and said give us 10 minutes. Tried for next hour and they must have caller ID and would not answer.

SCAM ALLERT/BAD BROKERS/LIERS 1) most of their loads are DOUBLE BROKERED ! 2) when it comes to an issue they won’t answer calls or emails until after few hours and than blame it on you! 3) they creating a… fake carrier reports on 411 about carriers even though the it’s their mistakes to avoid pay Accessorial’s , about 4 companies I know so far already who had same issue with them!

These people are unbelievable! Their contract plainly states that there is no guarantee that carrier gets paid. "6. ... Broker agrees that it will pay such freight bills within thirty (30) days of receipt, however if Broker’s customer fails to pay the charges due hereunder, Broker shall not be obligated to pay Carrier any such charges."
