As costs are rising everywhere this next year I thought I would see if I could find some savings with my auto and renters policy. Oh boy am I glad I did and was connected to my local State Farm agency! Teresa and Erin have been exceptional in helping me bundle home, life and car insurance for my first home and a new car over the past year. It has been an absolute pleasure working with Patrick Myers at Teresa Lulay’s State Farm Insurance. We were able to bundle our vehicles and home owners insurance and received far more coverage at a much lower rate than we had been paying at Allstate. Worst experience ever. Problems since Day 1. Errors and no callbacks. I don't think they have answered the phone once when I have called the office . Went to a different State Farm agent and they can't take the policy over for fear of retaliation from Teresa. So much for customer service. If you're looking for a competent, efficient, customer focused office...keep looking.

Horrible experience with this agent and her office staff. I had been with State Farm for over 20 years when I moved to Salem and encountered Teresa Lulay. Her incompetence and disregard for the trouble she causes had me switch to Allstate. If you want State Farm, get a different agent. She's the worst.
