Friday was the prom. Wednesday night the store called. The ordered tux was in limbo .. no guaranteed delivery date. Yikes!! THE BACK-UP PLAN: A really nice suit that needed to go to the cleaners. We chose Vara's. I was their first customer on Thursday at 9am. THE REQUEST: Clean & press the suit in one day. Please!! THE RESULT: Patrick immediately checked the suit. It was clean but it needed to be pressed. And he did it while I waited. WOW! I always knew Vara's did a quality job. Their customer service, tho, just blew me away. Thank you, Patrick!!

Brought in a dress to be pressed. Mother of the bride. Picked it up and it was just as wrinkled as when dropped off. Obviously never pressed.
When we brought it back the response was “We have a process.” Never an apology for the time wasted days before the wedding. No apology at all. They “re-did” it (actually pressed it this time) but never admitted fault or apologized for the screw up. There are a lot of other dry cleaners out there. We’ll see who has good customer service. It’s not Vara’s.
