My granddaughter wore her Uggs during an extremely wet, sloppy snow event. The result, we thought, were ruined Uggs. Urban Valet, in Orchard Park, was a suggestion for possible Uggs cleaning. When the boots were brought in, manager Maggie was there. While she could not 100% guarantee the cleaning of the damaged Uggs, she did inform me that previous customers who had brought their Uggs in for cleaning were quite pleased with the results. Based on that, and the fact that the boots appeared damaged from slushy snow, I felt it was worth it to give it a try. The cleaning process restored the Uggs -

I cannot say enough about this company. I had an unfortunate incident with a pair of curtains for my bow window. Maggie at the Orchard Park location was very helpful and took charge of the situation. She handled it all both professionally and caring. Do not hesitate to use this company and meet Maggie. I'm so grateful.

Exceptional service. I had a request to have some furniture (couch cushions) deep cleaned after my dog got sick on it. The fabric on this couch was sensitive however I was reassured with realistic options along the way. Maggie was so kind and professional, she took my information and had the owner call me to further discuss my request. Shortly after, the owner Eric called me to discuss and scope out my request. Each step along the way, Urban Valet was professional and considerate. Eric provided updates along the way. The finish product came out amazing. I highly recommend them for any cleaning

I usually don’t get very excited about dry cleaners but I have finally found a caring, competent cleaner that doesn’t ball my clothing up and whack me with a huge bill. For years I have just grown accustom to bringing my shirts home and ironing them. At Urban Valet, I have been receiving carefully packaged shirts on chrome hangers that are pressed and have ACTUAL CREASES as they should have! They don’t require ironing. My suits look and smell freshly cleaned and wrinkle-free! Imagine that.

We are a little disenchanted with this place. We do press only on some our (clean but wrinkled) clothes. When I picked up my last load, I asked them why was it so much $, and why the tag said, "DC." The girl at the front just shrugged. Clearly they dry cleaned them. The prices are never close to the same from visit to visit - even through the quantity of shirts is the same. Just wanting to get out of there, we paid (for a dry clean we didn't want) and just left. I do not expect we will go there again. Colvin's does faster turn time and will p/u and deliver

Ann Marie is as kind as she is professional, and as attentive to detail as she is willing to consider and discuss clothing projects.

Lisa was super nice, really sweet and extremely understanding when she talked to my mom which was so nice. Also my moms dress turned out lovely. Lisa you're a beautiful human inside and out. Really appreciate urban valet, but appreciated Lisa even more for being a decent human being in this broken, capitalistic, misunderstood world we exist in today.

I’ve had numerous alterations done by Ann Marie and have been thrilled each and every time. I not only bring my own, but my relatives all bring theirs as well..
I highly recommend if you are in need of having anything done, go to her at urban valet cleaners, you won’t be disappointed.

This is a fast friendly place! Never ever have I dealt with a place that can take care of your every need at a totally reasonable price. The seamstress Ann Marie is very talented ...she has done much work for me from simple hems to the trickiest project! Definitely a place I will continue to frequent!

Eric Pyne, the proclaimed self starter/owner for 21 years will let you know if a service issue arises as in my case requesting heavy starch and they screw up which they did.. he will correct the issue and at his discretion will ask you to take your business elsewhere.

Don't waste your time with Lisa, the General Manager as her solution to the problem is refer to Eric for the circus and pony show to get a call from Eric letting you know at owner discretion take your business elsewhere. GREAT RESOLUTION ERIC.

I went there for years and consistently got shirts back with the note about being unable to remove a spot/stain. No matter how small, what the spot or stain was from, they never got it clean. I finally got fed up with spending money to have a dirty shirt returned to me, like I can wear it with a spot on it.
