Sorry I am posting under my husband’s name. I have been going to this office for 6 years now. If it wasn’t for Dr Vanterpool I really don’t know how I would be able to hold my head up. I have horrible migraines that she still maintains. I trust her totally. She has brought me a long way. I will probably continue to see her forever because I literally can’t be fixed but she helps alleviate some of that pain. I love this place, I swear I would have been in a wheelchair if it weren’t for them. I have been going for years and they help me so much. They manage my pain from my back without ever offering pain pills. I love that because I would never take those anyway. The staff is wonderful and I believe I have seen every doctors and nurse there and they are excellent and very professional.

My experience was not a good one i came with a referral from Tennessee orthopedic surgeons and my primary care doctor had me on pain medication before i went the doctor i seen apparently is new done nothing but look at a existing cyst i have on my knee that the surgeon left and offered me a cream that does not even work also have called them several times as my wife has also with no return phone call left the message as prompted and still nothing this is over a month now so with that being said i wont go back

Went here with severe pain from a compressed nerve, couldn’t even straighten up, had to be wheeled out in a wheel chair, The doctor i seen done NOTHING for me instead they just set me up with an appointment a month later for injections! It was horrible, they had my medical records and could plainly see i have never been a drug user except inhalers fir asthma, told him they had prescribed me a mild muscle relaxer that wasn’t helping and when i asked him what i was supposed to do for a month his advice was go to the ER they might could help!!! What the heck? Why did i just pay a $50.00 copay

Dr. Buehler and Dr. Moore are great but Danny at the front desk is the most rude, unhelpful and uncaring individual ever encountered in a position where helping people is supposed to be of the utmost importance. This man should not be allowed any contact with patients. He cost us 10 times the amount normally paid for shots because he couldn't be bothered to help with the office appts. Instead quickly set an appt for day surgery just to get us out of the office and out of his way.

I personally have yet to find anything wrong with this clinic! The men/women at the front desk have been nothing but helpful! I never have an issue with checking in, checking out, or getting procedures and appointments scheduled when it is convenient for me. The Drs have all been great in trying to help me get pain relief, and to get down to the root cause of the pain, in order to treat me correctly!
