Everyone seems pretty nice, until you get to (I believe) the receptionist Sara! I went to check out and she couldn’t have been more rude. My next visit, I pointed it out to their office. Apparently, nothing was done but something was said to her because I made a phone call on 1-4-22 @10:56am and I spoke with her personally and she once again turned rude when I started to point out that she didn’t need to be rude to me……anyhow, I’ll take my money elsewhere and I’d hope you will to. Nobody that is paying good money for their oral care deserves to be disrespected!

Hello my name is Ron Keck the only reason why I rated one star is because the employees are very very nice I have gone to this dentist many many times and it is an hour and a half away from Hudson mi. to Howell Mi. I had all my teeth polled and five days later I am in hospital last two bags of blood very scary my dentures still do not fit every time I go back he asked what is the problem told him they fit crooked and when I close my mouth they don’t touch even so he grinds a little bit. I’m in the chair five minutes or less and he says let me know if you have any more problems he is not a problem

Amazing experience! Dr. Semaan and Twee were so great and made me feel super comfortable at my first visit. Starting at a new dentist can be nerve wrecking but everyone from the receptionist to the Dr. were just so welcoming. I definitely suggest going to West Highland Dental Care! I know I will be going here from now on.

THe Doctors are very knowledgeable and take pride in their work! The entire staff is friendly and helpful!! The Office and procedure rooms are clean! My dentures look great! I recommend West Highland Dental Care to whoever wants a great looking smile. I have had many good comments on how mine look.

I made an appointment for a cleaning & zoom whitening as a new cash patient two months ago. I got a call on the 11th me know my original appointment is going to be canceled. I could come in the following day at 9am or wait another month & a half for my appointment. With no explanation or apology. I also was going to have to now make two separate appointments. One for cleaning one for whitening due to schedule issues. I obviously won’t be going here

West Highland Dental Care is literally the peridigm of a good dental office. The staff is top notch, the technology is amazing, and the dentist herself is extremely skilled and articulate. There is clearly a passion for dentistry and a commitment to quality in this office that simply exceeds what can be reasonably expected, I would highly encourage anyone to come here.
