When it's more about collecting money than about patient care, I think that's something to certainly think about. And I recommend reading honest review sites like Google versus a company such as RateABiz that lets the individual businesses choose which reviews will be published & I have to wonder if these reviews aren't being submitted by the business themselves? The patients reviews are very technical and all sound the SAME?? If it's negative the company receiving the bad review can delete it immediately. Consumers deserve the truth.

I have been a patient of Dr. Earnest for years. I find him to be professional, kind and a good dentist. He will not do unnecessary work. Even before I had dental insurance, I thought his charges were fair. I took my elderly mother there when she had an abscess and she loved him!!! I have never been treated rudely by his staff. I would recommend Dr Earnest to anyone that is seeking a good dentist.

I would not recommend this office. I think the dentist does good work if and when you can hear back from the office manager regarding costs. I called three times in the span of 3 days to find out costs to bonding work my daughter needed. The office staff told me the manager was putting the estimate together. I never heard there was a wait from the insurance company and that’s what was holding up the estimate. Finally, on Thursday (Monday evening appointment) I called expressing that I no longer wished to have the Dr do the work because of the lack of communication from them. I got a call back

Great for someone who is terrified of the dentist!
I chose him because of location and reviews. I went for my initial appointment last week for a cleaning. They were extremely friendly and very gentle. Of course I need a filling and knew that even before I made my appointment. Dr Earnest was very attentive to the fact that I was terrified of needles. He numbed my mouth with a solution before giving me the numbing shots. When it came time to give me the numbing shot, he started telling me story's about fishing, and distracted me from the fact that I was having this procedure done... The entire

I am a young professional and was a patient of Dr. Earnest for several years while living in Brighton. I even reccomened family members, who have had extensive dental work done through his practice. I relocated to Chicago for a few years for work and just recently moved back. While out for a Sunday stroll with my dog, Dr. Earnest and his wife drove past me and circled the subdivision to abruptly stop me on my walk. Then proceeded to harass me about walking my dog in "their" condo complex, which is across the street from where I recently moved. I stated that I was a responsible dog owner
