Fantastic service and results. We had a large area rug cleaned. 20+ years of dirt and pet dander removed, and the rig looks brighter and better than ever. And, I can't say enough good things about Alex on their delivery team: he was courteous and careful in our home, came late in the evening return the rug at my request (when rescheduling would not work), and adjusted the placement until it was just right. Will definitely hire for future rug cleaning needs!

First time using Bay Area Restoration, certainly not the last. From making the appointment on line to the time Alex walked out the door, the entire experience was perfect. The young lady that made my appointment was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. They reconfirmed my appointment the night before, Alex, the young man that was to do the work, called about 1/2 hour before he was to arrive.
