We have been serving our awesome customers in Tunnel Hill, Dalton, Northwest Georgia, Chattanooga, and the Southeast Tennessee area for over 15 years. We opened our first retail location in Tunnel Hill, GA in 2007 to be able to better serve our customers, by providing a convenient location to drop off and pickup repairs and to see our large inventory of desktops, laptops, gaming computers, and accessories.

Excellent customer service and reasonable prices. They did a clean case modification install and now my pc stays much cooler!
Long version:
I brought my gaming pc in due to overheating issues. They stress tested it for days using a large variety of games and applications but couldn’t replicate the overheating. Eventually I took it home and they didn’t charge me a dime. When the overheating occurred again at my house I returned and they came up with a number of options to increase my cpu cooling which was complicated since my store bought pc had a very cramped case. We settled on the best

Terry is a wonderful person not only are they looking at my laptop but they sold me another laptop because mine is on the fritz they were very helpful in explaining everything and actually gave me a better laptop almost Better than the original when I paid for. I recommend this place to everyone who I talk to about getting a computer I actually even got one for my coworker because his is 20 years old.

I decide to hunt for a gaming PC. After going to 3 or 4 places I finally made it here. Little did I know I wouldn’t be going anywhere else. The customer service I received was the best I’ve ever gotten anywhere! They went the extra mile to make sure my needs were met and questions were answered. The prices were very reasonable. So glad I found this store. Was convinced I needed a new laptop, but after Terry took a look at my 9+ year old laptop, he advised that it could be repaired, and would work as well as most new devices on the market. My laptop was repaired in one day, at a very reasonable price, and now has blazing fast start up and processing speeds, and everything just works better! Terry was incredibly patient, and willing to spend the time to reconfigure displays, restore my customizations, explain new tools that they had installed for free, and test to make sure everything was working perfectly. I had a broken laptop screen that I took to someone else who kept telling me they couldn't get the parts and fix in a timely manner. I went to PCPI & they gave me a quick, accurate date to have the screen replaced and were able to replace the screen within 2 days of receiving the part. I highly recommend them.

We have bought our last 4 computers from them (my older desktop, my upgrade, my wife's laptop, and my oldest daughter's laptop). Terry and the whole crew know exactly how to get you what you need in the price range you are looking for. Plus they guarantee their work; they are amazing. Took my computer in to have a new hard drive installed and fix and issue where one wasn’t being recognized. Terry was incredibly helpful and professional and was able to fix the issue and install the new part for an extremely reasonable price and in just under and hour.
Would definitely recommend and will go back should I add any more parts or need help with something else.
