I ended up with a cracked screen on my iPad and was not looking forward to the repair process. A friend referred me to iDevice N Droid and I'm so glad she did! Very friendly service, quick assessment, a fair price and the repair was finished within four hours. They also gave a courtesy voicemail to let me know it was ready early, as I had mentioned I had a flight to catch in the early evening. Top notch, quality work. Thank you!

Amazing customer service, fixed my Android phone in less than 30 minutes after I was sure I would need a new one. Had a weird issue where my battery unexpectedly powered down, and the phone would not show life again. After trying everything on the internet, we took it here and they took a look and had it back to life in no time. Everyone was kind, helpful, and quick. Would visit again, and will recommend to friends in need of repair or accessories.

My phone wouldn't turn on or even charge. The Verizon store I went to referred me here on the Friday before New Years. I told the man working that I would be leaving town on January 2nd he said he would either get back to me on Friday or Saturday he did not.
And they were closed today January 2nd and at best he didn't have enough presence of mind to tell me they would be closed on January 2nd and at worse he was hoping I wouldn't be able to come and get it.
This kind of lack of communication makes this small business seem either incompetent or malevolent. That being said my phone
