Do not use Stars At Sea!!! We were told to provide a show with wings and costume changes and then told we would be performing in a small ballroom style area with no stage or lighting. We had to fight to be able to perform in the main the theatre, and thanks to the Royal Caribbean staff they met our needs. Stars at Sea is very unprofessional. They act like they will help you at any moment and meet your needs, but when it comes down to it they are not reachable on the phone and don't communicate at all with royal carribean. When we got on the boat the RC staff had NO idea what we needed bc stars

Stars at sea talks all this prep up and from the moment we stepped onto the ship NOTHING was settle out. The royal Caribbean brilliance staff didn't even know half of WHAT was suppose to happen. Our OWN Studio director did a great job Getting us the right stage and what not. Stars at sea you ARE A J O K E ... Michelle and Steve you need another Job.. Because WE DID YOUR JOB...

Stars at Sea is nothing what they say they are. I have used Travel agents in the past and had to do absolutely nothing. This is not the case with Stars at Seas. When we boarded with Royal Carribean they had no clue what was done and not done. Although Royal Carribean certainly made up for it. They shouldn't have had to do anything if Stars at Sea did their job correctly. If you are looking to book something like this you might want to go to Dancing at Sea or Dancing Destinations or basically what we received from Stars at Sea, you could do it yourself. I have owned my school, located in Ontario Canada, for just over 15 years. I selected Stars at Sea over nine years ago to plan a cruise for my competitive students. Over the past nine yeats, we have taken two cruises, traveled to Florida for a combined Disney/Universal Studios performance trip, and, currently looking forward to our next cruise we’ve booked for June 2018. I booked my dance studio with Steve and Haley at Stars at Sea for a performance vacation on Anthem of the Seas. Steve and Haley listened to exactly what I wanted and found a cruise that met our budget even though Anthem is very new. Michele was our group coordinator and she did a wonderful job making sure we got the dining times that we wanted and made sure some of our people who were concerned about seasickness had rooms near the center of the ship. We just got back and are already planning performing at Disney next year with Stars at Sea.

We've done 2 cruises with Stars At Sea. Everything went like clockwork, the kids had a wonderful time, the parents had a great time, brought the studio together & the show was fantastic the kids got many cheers from the crowd. I'm not sure what happened with those other folks, perhaps a bad cruise staff with a big cruise company?
I do know though, we will definitely do this again!!!!

This June my dance studio and dancers will again set sail with Stars at Sea. We are so excited for the opportunity again. Steve and Michele are amazing to work with and my everything so easy. From beginning to end they make sure everything is done right. No matter how many times I call they always are there to help. They have everything ready for us on the ship and We have a great time. We get to take classes and do a performance and everyone is so professional. I want to thank Stars at Sea for making my dancers dreams come true.
