We’ve been booking cruises through Natalia at CVO for at least 10 years now. She provides extremely prompt and reliable service. Just last week we asked for some price adjustments expecting to save a few hundred dollars but instead it turned out to be more than $2,300 because of her. Like I told Natalia at the time, if they ever create a travel agents walk of fame, she should get the first star!

The agent admitted they failed to book offer after assuring they would take care of. Despte email proving their issue and not mine,she said nothing they could do. Her excuse they have thousands of customers. So now we will pay an extra $450 due to loss of 50 OBC per report. She also refused to give me a manager saying nothing they could do. Very poor customer service. Save yourself the hassle - book direct

Carlos was wonderful.. He returned my phone message immediately even though I had left it after business hours. We are experienced cruisers, but this was the first one we were booking on this particular cruise line. He walked me through several different room options and prices cheerfully and answered all my questions. His price was also the best compared to several other agencies and the cruise line itself. I highly recommend Carlos for his professionalism, courtesy and responsiveness.

Most of the agents are great. Celia (x103) and Digger (x125) are fantastic! They are the best agents I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Harriam(x108) is completely useless. He almost lost the company my business. Good rates, for the most part very helpful and professional staff. Just be careful who you talk to.
