In his spare time, Yan loves spending time and traveling with his family, and working out. Sendy was born and raised in Chicago, IL. She graduated from William Rainey Harper College with her dental hygiene degree and continued her education at Northeastern Illinois University for a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies.

Everyone was super super nice and they have a great infrastructure! On my first visit they took X-Rays of my jaw, did a complete cleaning and at the end I had a consultation with the Doctor. Had a great experience working with Dr. Shayesteh and his team. After an initial check-up, they identified issues and imperfections with previous work on my teeth. They took time to come up with a plan and cut NO corners in the process. Easy to talk with and listened to my concerns. Conscious about making patients feel comfortable and be informed.

Doctor Shayesteh is the most ethical and futuristic dentist in town! He is detail-oriented, uses the latest research/technology and best practices. Dr. chooses the least invasive way to treat your condition. I have received many treatments from Dr. Shayesteh (crown, fillings, TMJs fossa) and I have been very happy with the services. He explains the procedures thoroughly and makes sure everything is done right. He genuinely cares about his patients and their satisfaction/well-being. I don't think anyone is a fan of dentist visits, but Dr. Shayesteh does a great job of making you feel 100% comfortable. He is an expert at his craft and employs the latest technology and techniques to ensure the best for the patient. He always takes the time to explain everything and offers the best options for each individual patient. What I love about his practice and his overall approach is his desire to preserve as much of one's natural teeth as possible and to avoid unnecessary procedures.

I’m what you might call a”difficult” patient (i.e. can’t keep my mouth open, wild tongue, latex allergy, etc), but Dr. S is nothing but patient and kind. He takes his time to do the job right for longevity. Dr. S uses the newest technologies and is very open about what and why he is doing.

If I could give this place more stars, I would!! I went in to get a dental cleaning done initially as my regular dentist did not have any availability for a month! (Thank you COVID). I chose them because they had excellent reviews. The staff has been nothing but helpful, welcoming, accommodating and understanding from the minute I walked in. Dr. Shayesteh is a perfectionist himself and he expects nothing less from his staff. He was so patient when my original 2 hr appointment turned into a 4 hrs saga because we found a lot more decay than we expected. I ended up getting teeth whitening and my crowns

I have never been a huge fan of going to the dentist, but this place has such an awesome team. Yan at the front desk is always kind and welcoming. Sendy and Dr. Shayesteh make the experience lovely. They are both so thorough and gentle, and they do such complete job. I had a crown put in when I was 18 which was 10 years ago and had to have it replaced this year. The materials and techniques Dr, Shayesteh used will ensure that this one lasts well beyond 10 years and even up to a lifetime if I floss/take care of it well. I’m so grateful for their knowledge, service, and commitment to high quality

Hands down the best dentist office in town! For a number of reasons I had taken some time off from regular visits to the dentist. Dr Shayesteh and his team were incredible and helped me bury the shame I felt for not keeping up with my dental care. They are thorough, practical, and incredibly professional but, maybe most importantly, all really nice people. Sendy does an amazing job keeping my teeth clean and Yan is incredibly patient with my hectic schedule. I feel like I am in really good hands at Concierge Smile and would highly recommend them to anyone in search of a great dentist office! Great

I love Concierge Smile Boutique. Everyone at the office including Alex, Cindy, Yan and Dr. Shayesteh is incredibly kind, friendly and knowledgeable. I know that going to the dentist can be scary for some people, but this is not that place! They really take time to explain everything to you and are super gentle. I also recently got an appliance to help with some jaw pain and tension I was having and it’s really improved my quality of sleep and life overall. Can’t say enough positive things about this dentist! They truly care about their patients.
