Elmora Healthcare is absolutely excellent for all healthcare needs related to medical home equipment and surgical supplies. I needed to purchase a back brace for a family member; they were extremely knowledgeable in all their products and recommendations. Additionally, in order for the braces to fit properly the individual has to be measured. The service was beyond exceptional, I was ready to purchase the brace and the manager/owner I believe was so caring and kind that he took the brace out of the box and indicated it would be best to purchase a size larger. The care in which this act was done

Great place always super clean, organized and well ran as a business. they have such a great team working there you will always be greeted with a smile, Customer service is 1000% and the owner is such a stud he always goes above and beyond to make sure you leave out of there satisfied. We don't know what we would do without Ben and the Pharmacy, over the years he's helped with everything from heal lifts to heating pads to make it through the long days and night here at the shop.
Speaking of, more than HALF of our printing is done over there and we wouldn't look even half as good if it weren't for how amazing and reliable they've always been.
Absolute service, tons of great staff, and just real people.

Elmora Pharmacy wins hands down over the big chain stores. Excellent customer service, plus a large selection of healthcare products, and many other items. They even have a UPS store inside.
This is where I go because I know the knowledgeable staff will help me. I remember what neighborhood family pharmacies were like, and Elmora is the best.

Let me begin by saying im not an easy person to please but im delighted that this store has such a warm reception from a woman named Melissa I believe, she is extremely attentive to customers needs and also Kam or Cam from the UPS store what a bright friendly young man and to be honest this would have been 5 stars if it wasn't for , not sure it shes a pharmacist or an assistance I believe her name was Jes or Jess the girl behind the cashier asked her a question for me and she just starred into the air with a blank expression as though she was lost into space. Luckily, wasn't a dire emergency

I've worked with Ben regarding compression socks. I found him to be very pleasant and knowledgeable from phone calls to personal assistants.

Elmora Healthcare operates in a modern world but it is definitely a pharmacy that borrows from another time. This is not just a place to pick your prescription, but a place that tries to be a bit of an old fashioned "General Store". When you walk in, the left side has a cashier that oversees a section with medical equipment and random goods (such as flashlights). Across from that is a counter for UPS shipping which has an impressive stock of envelopes, boxes and other packing material. The gent who runs the UPS counter is very nice and helpful.

If the whole staff was on the same page, I would of had a better review. They were unprofessional with their customer service I called twice prior to my visit to make sure of pricing to rent a wheel chair . It was a last minute situation and I needed the wheelchair . What I was told was $50 deposit $35 rental, and I just needed it for the day . I come to pick up the wheelchair and all of the sudden the prices changed to $60 for rental and no one knew of the change . What type of customer service is that ?! Because I really needed the chair I coughed up the $60 and then when the chair comes out

Service they are polite and patient qualities
that are rare in this world now.
2. The Pharmacist don't lie to you (like another
pharmacy I won't mention in Linden) and are
Knowledgeable and very helpful.
3. This pharmacy treats you like family! I had
been denied a medication from my insurance
company and could not figure out what to do

Went in recently just for some allergy medicine and boy what a delight Elmora health care was. Not only did they have the allergy medicine I needed but they had a lot of the essentials I didn't realize I needed 'tilI got there. Before I knew it my basket was filling up with my favorite products (which are normally more expensive at target, and much closer to my home than target is). The employees there are super nice and attentive, helping me navigate the store. The biggest surprise is that they have a ups store inside. Which to me was the icing on the cake because I had a package sitting

My mother had surgery and we wanted her to be as comfortable as possible at home. I called the pharmacy the same day of surgery and Ben assisted me with amazing customer service and provided a recliner the next business day. The delivery guys, Scott and Alejandro were extremely helpful and made sure my mom was comfortable before they left! Thank you Elmora Healthcare for ur service and generosity!

Pharmacist named Ben was extremely helpful and went above and beyond trying to find me the medical container I was after. This place sells everything, I will definitely be back. My mother is handicapped and often needs specialty items which they carry here. This is not your typical crowded, busy Walgreens...this pharmacy actually has time for you and what you have to say/ask.

This pharmacy is so much more than your average pharmacy! Aside from the personal service when filling your prescriptions, while you wait you can browse the many novelty items. The store has a very large variety of items to choose from and I always leave with a little extra something I could not resist.
Its always a treat to go in and see what new things await me.

What what??!! Feeling like it's the FTR day for me!! Yup another banger right on my block! Elmora Ave that is... The only pharmacy on the block. And it's lovely, and it brings back that personal feel you are supposed to get when you discuss your medications with your pharmacist. Not feeling like just a phone number with medical needs as I often do when forced to go to CVS to fill a script. The pharmacists and staff are all exceptionally nice as well.
