Services
Formal classes consist of one hour personalized instruction beginning with proper warm up calisthenics. Groups are arranged based on age and/or ability, when possible, to enhance the learning process. Our pre-K Gymnastics program is a structured 40-minute class that teaches basic gymnastic skills in tumbling, vaulting, balance beam, bars, rope, rings, mini trampoline, and trampoline.
This is one of our most important classes for enhancing that socialization with mommy during the beginning of the child's mobility! The environments created in this class facilitate sitting, rolling, crawling, creeping, climbing, and walking. The social bond that develops thought inter action in a group is also a key part of the child's development allowing mommy the opportunity to share ideas and new experiences with their child.
Introduction level classes for young boys. Learn coordination from gymnastics, the discipline for martial arts, the strength and agility from obstacle course training, and the creativity from breakdance. Introduction, yellow and green level classes for boys. Introduction level classes pre-teen boys.
Intro to climbing is a fantastic opportunity to expose your kids to the exciting world of rock climbing in a controlled environment. With an emphasis on fun and safety, your kids will work with our instructors on introductory climbs to match their ability. Gymnastics & Rock Climbing in this combo class emphasis safety.
Classes incorporate gymnastic apparatus, trampolines, cheerleading techniques and more. Activities at Elite can help develop eye/hand coordination, perceptual motor skills, spatial awareness, directionality, and listening skills. NOTE: Please send your child in their bathing suit with a towel, change of clothes, & a water bottle.

My 5year old daughter joined Elite gymnastics in April 2021. After a few recreational sessions they saw potential in her and she joined the JOGA competition team. She has excelled so much already! ..Not only in gymnastics but her overall confidence, strength and determination. She has a natural love for gymnastics and I'm so glad we have such an amazing center to nurture her love of the sport!

Did a trial class for my toddler. All they did was put them in a room where they just let them run around. We could have done the same thing in the house with the gymnastics equipment we already have. They showed us the pool area, and it was very disappointing. Small, not welcoming, no friendly artwork on the walls, poor decorating, just a boring sad vibe all together. The staff wasnt mean or rude, but they werent the shiniest group of people on a beautiful Saturday morning. 20$ for a trial run, maybe if your toddler has never been exposed to ANY gymnastics, MIGHT be worth it? Maybe its a good

I did not go here but i know someone that went here and the coaches did not have good communication or corrections and the worst part is, they posted fails of everyone trying their hardest to get a skill. In my opinion the gym is very crowded and not laid out neatly, i hope that everyone understands where i am coming from. Again this is just my opinion.

My daughter joined Elite 5 weeks ago. Which means she has only had 5 classes and her improvement is incredible. The teachers truly are super kind and helpful towards the kids . They challenge each kid to better themselves and work individually to help improve each student .
My daughter previously went to another gym and I felt like she was a pay check to them . Well not at this gym, they really make you feel at home and like family . I definitely found my daughters forever gym !
She has a passion for Gymnastics and she is even happier since starting at Elite ! I recommend it to every parent

If you want your child to have fun, build confidence and learn new skills this is the place for you. This is the epitome of a mom and pop run business where "everybody knows your name"
True story: I grew up going here as well as my entire family. This was 30 years ago. When I had my own kids and moved back to the area we tried another gymnastics place, but my son was young and this place was very strict and unforgiving for kids who didn't want to do exactly as told.
So I came back to Elite and I'm glad I did!! When I saw the owner, Mike, and told him who I was he remembered everyone in my family

My three children have been going here for the past 5 years and we love it here! We started out with Ms. Michelle(THE BEST) and have graduated to the other classes. Teachers are kind and make things fun. My kids have developed strength and balance as a result of gymnastics and it now shows in other sports as my oldest does more now. He clearly has more coordination than some others.

The Manager Liz does not know how to handle parents concerns when it comes to her staff members. The staff is not culturally diverse nor trained in culture diversity. When presented with a concern regarding your child they claim your attacking them instead of rectifying the negligence of the staff. They do not provide accurate assessments of students abilities and there is no communication amongst staff members. The manager is not attentive to customers/parents concerns and cannot offer reasonable solutions.

My daughter was in this gymnastics program and it was not a good experience. The coach she had was teenager, which to me is not right since she was too young. I would rather expect an older person with some type of experience. As well as, during the time my daughter was in session, 15 minutes of the 60 minutes was used up for stretching. Which only leaves 45 minutes on actual practicing gymnastics. However, the staff was very nice and were very comfortable to discuss or deal with.
