A modern take on an old farmhouse, this floor plan features an open, free-flowing first floor including a large family room, dinette, and spacious kitchen with loads of counter space and a walk-in pantry. A master suite with a large walk-in closet is located on the second floor. The other three bedrooms.
Our model home is open for walk-in guests. Appointments are strongly encouraged if you would like to meet with one of our New Home Consultants during your visit. These items are specied on the rendering and/or oor plan shown on the brochure and are included in the new home price. 8' poured concrete foundation with engineered steel rebar reinforcement (Per Soil Conditions). I was thrilled to begin building my first new house. Now after waiting on Bill Crum to finish it I have nothing but regrets. Greg, the main contractor was never on site when I stopped in. I only saw him when something was wrong and I requested we meet. One example is the dryer vent was not hooked up and the drywall was put up over it. I told Greg but he didn't believe me. He had me look through all my photos because he didn't want to take down a couple pieces of drywall. I insisted. I was correct. My tub was installed with a crack. Water poured through the ceiling to my bathroom below. Bill Crum

We had a custom home built with American Heritage last year and couldn’t be happier. We had a lot of needs and they met every one! The entire process went flawlessly, all of the contractors were professional and efficient. We used the Butler floor plan and they drew up an in law suite for us. I would highly recommend checking them out if your wanting to build a home.

My husband and I just finished building our first home together and we couldn't be more happier with the way it turned out! American Heritage nailed our ideas and made them come alive! After shopping several home builders, I found the people at American Heritage to be very straight forward with pricing and features. I spoke with a couple of their references and they loved their new home. They were easy to work with and we got incredible value for our money. They were even willing to explain some finer points of home construction that interested me particularly. Highly recommended!.

We built our home in 2001 # 271 Believe in the scheme of Americans Heritages numbering plan. On poured Walls set to the correct grade and an amazing home. We are 15 years in the home and do not even have a crack in the drywall, which is unheard of. All the hardwood trim is as tight as the day we moved in, 6 panel doors the same. All appliances (Furnace, Hot Water Heater) are still 100% - and best of all NO SQUEAKY FLOORS.
