I moved in to my amazing home in July of this year. We absolutely LOVE it. Everyone we dealt with was so amazing and professional. All the trades were punctual and whenever we had a question about what they were doing, answered it in a very knowledgeable way. We are so happy we chose Stonecliff homes to build our dream house!! My wife and I had a horrible experience in working with Pat Schultz/Stonecliff homes. He worked for us for about four months, and then we finally fired him and hired a new general contractor. We would not recommend Pat Schultz/Stonecliff homes to anyone. He was dishonest, immature, lazy, and did extremely poor work.
The first major incident occurred when Pat had to replace a piece of rotted sub-floor in the kitchen with a new piece. I went over to the home to check on the work and noticed when I stepped on the new piece, it was very weak. Upon further observation, I noticed the new piece

Buyers beware !! please check all the legal issues pat schultz owner of stonecliff homes has been going through. we built a new home & believed this contractor was just great .. until he never came back to finish what we paid him for... the home is leaking every where.. and we had no other options but to file charges in court.. you can look up court issues that stonecliff homes has been going through.. i feel so bad for all the other clients that also has had major construction issues with this company... and it's never his fault.. he subs everything out to others... and he collects
