It took the young fellow less than 3 min. to get a piece of paper out of the metal pipe. I was charged $35+ tax.
An 'expert' needed to blow out a piece of paper towel?? 😆😆

We could not repair my Shark Rotary Vaccuum hose without replacing the head so I browsed new vacuums with the owner. Showed me several Vaccuum cleaners explaining the features of each. Decided to go with the Titan T3200 Cloth Bag with Hepa filter. We needed something and I support small local businesses. The color and attachments were ideal. Been to long without a Vaccuum performing 100% and the Titan performed well. Also the cord and hose have good lengths to them. They service what they sell. They put it together quickly and put their company sticker on the Vaccuum. Out the door I went $299.99

Only go here if you want to be completely disrespected. Complete waste of time. The person there would not introduce himself, did not understand what i was saying. When I tried to explain and show him what on the vacuum what I meant, he said "It's not necessary"
I think it was considering his answers began, "you need a new brush roll" to "It could be the upper base" then "your vacuum is garbage, time for a new vacuum." Seems to me he is the one who does not not know what the problem is. I guess it's too bad he also did not know I am a mechanic working with a hoover manager because of bad customer

I have been going to this place for many years. If they don't have what I'm looking for, they direct me to a store that does. I love privately owned stores, even if it costs a little more once in a while. It beats having only the big boxes who don't care a whit about u. They have repaired vacuums & sewing machine wonderfully. Thank you.

Very expensive on all products. Went in for a replacement filter for my vacuum. Immediately started to try and sell me a new vacuum. Charged me 21.00 for a Hoover windtunnel filter. Other products on the shelves way over priced.

Unfortunately this was a very bad experience, what rude and unhelpful people, from the women with the horrible purple eye shadow who originally helped me when I first brought the vacuum there, to the other employees that lied about parts being ordered and weren't. The lady at the counter was argumentative and nasty like I was bothering her bringing the vacuum in. I told her I called eureka and did the trouble shooting on the phone and we couldn't figure out what was wrong. which is why I was bringing it into the store. She was bothered by that and stated the obvious that is had to be clogged, well
