Ryan made several visits to our home to diagnose and repair our 36" Commercial Gas range. He is a very efficient and skilled worker. He exhudes confidence in what he does and kept us fully informed during the entire process. He is neat and always on time and when he is going to be delayed, he gives us continuous updates. He also went an extra step to see if he verify that all the parts needed for repair were necessary. The entire Fleet Appliance team are cut from the same thread and left no questions unanswered. Arrived at my house within 30 minutes of my call on a Monday morning. Aquired parts needed for my fridge the next day. Had them installed on Wednesday. Fridge was at desired temp in no time.
The tech that handled job, Brian, is knowledgeable, friendly and curtious. If I need appliance repair again, they'll be the one I call.

I called Fleet for a dryer repair. Was immediately called back, service set up very quickly. Kyle was my service tech and he was very knowledgeable, honest, professional and friendly. In less then an hour, my dryer was fixed and rather then jumping into replacing the thermostat, he reset it and told me if it happens again, then I would need to replace. I was pleased with his honesty and will use Fleet again for appliance repairs. Also, when my appointment was scheduled, they kept in touch and confirmed via text with my service techs info. I felt very safe. Definitely recommend Fleet!

Fleet appliance came to my house a week before Christmas to diagnose my oven not working, they determined the issue and ordered the part I was told it would be in before Christmas and I was charged for the service call. They then notified me the part wouldn't be in until after so I said if I can get the part could you install it and they said yes. The technician came to install the part and broke it and because I purchased it the part cost is on me. So I had no oven for Christmas. They received a new part came to my house on December 29 and installed it, a month and a half later the oven is

I needed a knob replaced which had broken off on my Miele washing machine. I ordered the knob from Miele USA in Canada and they insisted I needed to hire one of their licensed repair technician rather than replacing the knob myself which was very simple to do. Miele USA referred me to Fleet Appliances which charged me $125 to drive to my house (they call it service call ) and an additional $295 plus tax to put the knob on which took the technician 5 minutes, yes it really was 5 minutes! I paid $450 for a 5 minute job I could have done myself. This company is outrageous, unethical and they rip

Technician misdiagnosed the problem with our refrigerator. now we are out $175 for a main computer board we never needed. Sandy in customer service refuses to reimburse us for the part that they COULD use on another refrigerator. Fleet Appliance Repair

Horrible company. Fleet was not my choice of repair companies, rather they were assigned by an extended warranty company called Consumer Priority Service. Fleet called and arranged to do a service call on my Bluestar range. They told me they would they would be there between 2 and 5 on a Thursday. So, on Thursday I took off of work for half a day for which I don't get paid and lo and behold guess what happens. Nothing! They don't show up. They don't call to let me know there is a problem. Nothing. I call at 5:15 to complain and of course no answer. They call the next day and give

My ice maker broke so I called fleet appliance repair, they came and said I need a whole new ice maker and it would take about two weeks. What a surprise I got when it only took 1 week and the tech Jorge came installed it in no time and was so pleasant and knowledgeable and just always upbeat and a pleasure to be around!
Way to go Fleet appliance Repair.. Oh and I can't leave out the customer service people who are always so pleasant on the phone!

Had problems with my Refrigerator in Rocky Point, delivered 09/26/15, called them to repair under warranty beginning of Sept, they came, something was still not right. Called 09/27/16 they said they would come back under warranty. Got call today 10/03/16 at 11am they would not finish the repair that they did not do right the first time, the repair that they did not complete correctly under warranty. So now they want me to pay for their mistake. Stay away from them unless you want to have two separate service calls for the same problem. When they make a mistake you pay twice. Will NOT be using them
