At our karate training school, we teach the Korean martial art of Tang Soo Do and are part of the Cheezic Tang Soo Do Federation. Our goal is to teach self-respect and respect for others through the study and practice of Tang Soo Do, a very historic and traditional Korean discipline of the martial arts.
The ideas of respect and tradition are stressed in all of our activities and for all students at every level of achievement. Our training is traditional, encompassing the refinement of technique, hyung (forms) and dae ryun (sparring). We encourage the pursuit of excellence in our Art and applaud our students and instructors achievements both within our discipline and in their scholastic or personal achievements.

I have been going to this school for 3 years now . I started with signing my daughter up and was invited to join in to see if I liked it for myself . Since then my whole family has been a part of this school and it has been a wonderful journey . My daughter at age 7 has grown so much and I get to be a part of it .The instructors are powerful yet inspirational. We learn together , have fun and create memories . We are not only a team there we are family!!!

When my boys and I first started taking classes here, we were not quite sure what to expect. Our first class together as a family was so much fun! The instructors were amazing! Moving ahead 4 years later, my boys and I are still here and loving it! We have met some wonderful people here. We are all family!!!!

My son's experience here changed his life. He had so much fun learning how to protect himself, get exercise, learn discipline and respect, and break boards! Having ADD, the level of focus they were able to achieve was amazing. The instructors are awesome and have created a real community that is fun and safe for beginners, intermediate and advanced of any age. Highly recommended!

About a year and a half ago we came to this school looking for a new activity for our daughter not realizing at the time that this was more than an "activity" but a community of friends. The encouragement, positivity and support my daughter has received through her talented instructors, would be unmatched at any other martial arts school. We were invited to sit in on a class by one of the school's long time instructors and have never looked back.
