Was told my k-1 petition could be sped up if I have waited at least a year from initial filing date. My lawsuit has been ongoing for 8 months with no visa interview being issued. Very costly and I’m just waiting for natural processing times at this point. Josh’s YouTube videos are very convincing, however , he can not get you unstuck. I have also noticed he has not made any new videos in awhile? I wonder why. Update from previous review: I have to change my rating from 1 star to 4 stars. After my initial first impression, Josh personally reached out to me and followed up frequently to make sure all my questions were answered and that I was supported! I am still talking with him now and he has been very helpful in providing great knowledge as my family navigates the immigration process.

My fiance and I hired Josh Goldstein Immigration Lawyers, after finding him on a Google search, and seeing his YouTube channel videos. We were in a desperate situation. It's been a while since we won my case but I think about this guys everyday! I would trust this guys in a heartbeat! Every case is different and difficult and unfortunately mine wasn't exception. Best immigration lawyers I've come in contact with. All I can say if you need help in any way go to the Law offices of Joshua L. Goldstein. My consultation with Eric Averion was great, very informative. He listen and came up with solutions easily. Elizabeth Chandler accompany my husband and I to our interview and everything was sorted out and I got my green card in a week.
My case wasn't complicated but my husband and I was just tired of all the paper work and trying to adjust my status on our own. I really appreciate all these lawyers help. They are very friendly.

Lawyer never showed up to my consultation meeting. I called the office and the receptionist couldn't figure out which lawyer had been assigned to my case, or consultation meeting, just that there was a meeting scheduled.
Edit: I'm revising from a one star to a three star because the lawyer's office followed up almost immediately and did everything they could.

Maybe he is a good lawyer, but his services are definitely overpriced! I talked to him first and thought that he was asking for too much money. Then I talked to a dozen other lawyers and realized that he was indeed the most expensive one. In the end I went with a lawyer who charged me half as much as he asked for. And she's great!

First off, Josh and his staff are very professional. I never had to worry about whether I will hear an answer from them if I ever called or emailed. They usually gave me a reply within not 24 hours, but within 6 hours, which is amazing! Second, I thought my case at least have to go through the standard route, filing, waiting, interview, decisions and etc. Josh helped me to prepare my case so well that I got a decision within months after we filed. I can't thank him enough for helping me with this step in my life. Finally, Josh is very good at what he does. No matter how complicated the situation

My husband's immigration case was complicated and Joshua Goldstein eventually told us that he could not help us. We are currently speaking to another lawyer, but it wasn't so much the result but the handling of our case that bothered me the most. Joshua Goldstein was very unprofessional and lost our papers and then tried to act as if we had never given him a copy of all our papers the second time we came to see him. When we went in for our final consultation, he simply told us "I read your case and I don't know what to tell you. Do nothing." He did not even mention
