Immersed in art and design from an early age, Sarah always knew she wanted to pursue a creative career. She discovered her passion for architectural lighting design at California State University, Long Beach while obtaining her Bachelor of Arts in Design with an emphasis in Interior Design. She was especially drawn to how significantly light can influence a design, its environment, its ambience, and its occupants.

Kim Daley chose to attend Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute to pursue her dream of becoming an architect. Kim developed her passion for lighting while being among the first students to enroll in lighting courses at the then-newly founded Lighting Research Center at RPI. She received both her BS in Building Science and her MS in Lighting from Rensselaer.

Andrea Hartranft offers expertise gained from more than 1,000 commercial, institutional and industrial projects, including high- end public spaces, energy-efficient workplaces, and cost-driven renovations. Her projects have received international lighting design awards from the International Association of Lighting Designers (IALD) and the Illuminating Engineering Society (IES) as well as AIA awards at the regional and national level.

Diane McNabb Rodriguez parlayed her Interior Design degree from Illinois State University into duties as project manager and team leader in a variety of architecture and engineering firms in California, Kentucky and Indiana. Concentrating in lighting design since 1998, Diane enjoys helping project teams deliver lighting designs balancing aesthetics, owner budgets and energy/LEED considerations.
