The new owners of the Lake Ontario Motel & Inn, located near Niagara Falls, NY, are Brad and Paige May. When not at the inn, Brad is the sales manager for a precision component manufacturer, and Paige is a part-time dental hygienist. The couple purchased the landmark motel near the Niagara River in July of 2018 from Paige's parents, Jan and Phil Toenniessen.
Visitors to Niagara County will enjoy exploring the many vineyards and tasting rooms that make up the Niagara Wine Trail. Can't say enough good things about this place. We have used it as a home base for fishing for 9 years now and wouldnt consider staying anywhere else. Rooms are quiet clean and comfortable. Family owned and ran and they are all extremely friendly and personable. Hospitality was above par they went out of their way on multiple occasions to make our stay more enjoyable and have always done so over the years. Motel is close to Niagara falls and also the many wineries in the area. Even though we have always stayed for fishing out of Olcott i wouldn't hesitate to come back with family or a weekend getaway

Fabulous!!! CLEAN!! Rooms spacious. Paige and husband very nice and accommodating. Unfortunately we could not partake in breakfast due to getting on lake by 0530 to get fishing in. Price reasonable. Great location. Nice gardens, front porch, back deck, and common area. Pillows in room were comfortable. Hope to stay here again next year!!!Thank you

Lake Ontario Motel is a charming, scenic, and inviting place. There aren't many rooms and all are accessible from the first and second floor of the atrium giving it a 'homey' feel. The rooms themselves form around the barn shape of the building, and while they appear dated, it compliments the whole look and feel of the place. It's close in proximity to Lake Olcott and overall is just a gem! I would abdolutely recommend for anyone staying in the area.
