Marlena is a gem and has amazing customer service skills! I booked over the phone and fortunate to meet her at check in. The room was ready and served its purpose for one night. Wish I could have gone to the pool, it looked cool! It also beat out price wise other competitors since I booked on a Saturday. I would not mind booking here again :)

A throwback “mom and pop” (which we love), Clean, efficient, caring, friendly. The outside pool was pristine and well maintained. When the owner noticed we had headed out to the pool, she came out to dip a couple of leaves out for us. That’s the kind of service we received. It was easy to see, these owners pour themselves into this place. Would definitely stay again. Actually, we are staying again tonight!

Everything appears to have been recently renewed so it's actually pretty nice. Very clean and neat and the owners are very nice- a much different experience than staying in a corporate hotel where the people behind the desk don't have skin in the game.
There is a pool kind of in the middle of the parking lot but it looks well maintained.

This is a great little motel with convenient access to Niagara Falls. The decor and the upkeep reveal the age of the motel, but it was very clean, had a comfortable bed, and the staff was very helpful and courteous. The motel is also easy walking distance from a few different food options, a Target, and a Tim Horton's. I would gladly stay here again!

The service is fantastic! The staff check in on you and make sure your stay is everything you wanted. It is a short drive to the falls but the parking around the falls is expensive and fought over so probably the best idea is to stay at the whole day at the falls. The room is good, older but serviceable. I would recommend bringing your own shampoo and conditioner, theirs is utilitarian at best. The pool is a nice touch and it was very cool to see it in the historical 1950s picture. (Stop by the Italian bakery two doors down when you are there, delicious pastries and helpful staff as well.)
