I don’t know why I haven’t done this sooner but thank you Paula. You’ve been so helpful these couple years especially when COVID started you called me personally to offer me tips on how I can save on my car insurance, without that help I would’ve struggled so much.

Jeff Perkins does not conduct business ethically. I would highly recommend to steer clear of this company. We have had a terrible experience with them, and would recommend not using them.

I've had Mercury Insurance 20 plus years but the office I was dealing with, Agent Kathleen and Ron Merged two years ago with Tustin Insurance and there's been a couple issues. Overall you can't beat the great rates and Mercury does stand behind you when you need them.

Would have left zero stars if I could. Wasted 5 days of my time. The agent Jenny Godinez really kept stringing me along and when I agreed and tried to finalize the policy I got an ENTIRELY different story. Sad. Don't recommend.

First time buying auto insurance on my own. Scott talked me through the entire the process. He even stayed late to answer all my questions. In the end, I left feeling good about my coverage and learned a lot about my policy. Highly recommend Scott.

My insurance premium went up without me having been in an accident or getting a ticket so I started to get quotes from insurance companies. The least expensive was through Mercury. I contacted one broker on my own and then the Mercury website gave my information to another broker. Both brokers provided me with different quotes. I asked them why they were higher than what the website said. One of them said "I don't know". The other ended up saying I entered in the wrong mileage information but that was not correct.
