Jeff Noviello and his team are nothing short of spectacular. I recommend them to anyone who wants excellent customer service, a high level of professionalism, and quick turn around times on any and all of your insurance needs. I have known Jeff for years. He never approached me about getting my business. When I asked him, about changing to State Farm, he stated he wasn't comfortable asking me since we were friends. That kind of relationship has made my insurance experience with him unbelievable. He looks out for my best interest for both personal and business issues. I would recommend him to anyone and have.

I am very particular when it comes to shopping for insurance. More particular in who will also be handling it as well.
He is very knowledgeable and thorough, always made sure I fully understood everything before moving on. He is a very comfortable guy to deal with. Made me feel more like a friend than anything else. Not only did I choose him for my auto insurance, he also earned my business and home insurance as well.
I recently signed a new lease for a business, had some issues, but was WELL taken care of by Jeff personally. He went above and beyond any expectations I had, in my book is
