Their bulbs need replacing and the customer service is lacking. the owner is not a reasonable woman.

So it looks like my first review was removed I have no idea why because, sorry to disappoint, I'm not a robot and this place is awesome!

This is my original review: Amazing!!! I'm a newbie at tanning and decided to give this place a shot! The owner and ladies were so nice when I came in and answered all my questions, which were a lot I know I got a little tour of the shop and everything was clean and actually looked really cute inside!
Huge thank you to TRACI who spent hours giving me my peaches and cream fantasy hair! Will upload pics when I'm less lazy

If you're looking to get your hair cut by the mean girls you went to Highschool with, you're in luck!
- I came into Tropical for extension placement and left feeling inadequette and embarassed.
After I overheard the stylist (Lashonda?) and the Salon owner "whisper" their judgement of me and coming to get my name and phone number incase I run out on the bill, I took the cape off and walked out. I didn't confront them as I was so embarassed. However I am not an addict looking for free services.. I am very thin due to medical issues and have C-PTSD and become extremely anxious in public- Especially

I had a 2pm appt, came at 1:45p and was out by 2:01!!!!
Coming into this experience I was VERY SCARED and NERVOUS. The service I got was a full Brazilian and for a 1st time waxer it can be very intimidating. THIS EXPERIENCE BLEW MY MIND!! As a person with a LOW pain tolerance aka a big baby, the pain was MINIMAL. Shoutout to Angelique, she is very sanitary and thorough. The spa itself has a clean atmosphere and the workers greeted me as soon as I stepped into the door. Would highly recommend to any first time and skeptical waxer!!!!!!!!! SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS

Manicurist ask for more money when I went to do manicure and pedicure. I would recommend never go to nails there especially the man manicurist. Demanding for more money. First I was told for $60 but when I went there he increase the price.

Had high hopes. First spray tan ever, mentioned that before going to room, lady wasn't informative at all, seemed very irritated with every question I asked. Was very abrupt and rude. Didn't give me any information without me drawing it out of her. Rushed through the whole thing. Was naked in a tiny room in which she left the room several times leaving me exposed to anyone walking by as she opened the door. Tan very blotchy, feet done terribly, lots of streaks, sprayed my face which had makeup on it and you could clearly tell. Told my sister in the waiting room that I was very white and

I would give ZERO stars if this were an option because NO ONE should ever talk to people the way she talked to me. This lady claims I made an appointment, I've never even heard of this salon before and I tried to clarify and she was the RUDEST person I have ever spoken to. I don't care who you are, you should NEVER talk to people like that in the service industry. Hope the owner see this and realizes that they need to change their attitude or fix their employee's attitude. I would NEVER consider getting my hair cut by such evil people.

We have been here a few times and been moderately happy. However, when my daughter went here for her hair for prom it was an expensive mistake. They charged her 85.00, no wash, no haircut, just curled her hair which took under an hour. About 2 hours after her hair was done, we had to have it redone by a friend because it was falling out. In my opinion they took an dishonest advantage of a teenager. Wont' be going back.

The staffs are very welcoming, professional, and provide a service that is second to none. The Spa features beautiful decoration and relaxing treatment rooms. I went to the spa with my fiancé and Angela was our massage therapists and she did everything she could to make us feel comfortable and feel better. I would highly recommend her as she made the experience very enjoyable and very relaxing.

I was so disappointed here the tanning rooms weren't very clean and I realized this was the one that was over by Walmart and there were things not good there.
I've met and then followed a couple fabulous hair gals from out of this salon though.
I'm truly surprised that tropical looks is still up and running
Bottoms up tanning has a very clean salon with some phenomenal tanning bed's and the young people at the desk are warm and very inviting and true to you

I'd like to give a shout out to The Nail Tech named Trish she did my one of my daughter's nail for her winter formal dance and the nails were done to perfection 10/10! The main reason for this post is that my oldest daughter went to another nail salon for a cheaper price and her nails came out trashy. She hates her nails and now wish she had let Trish do them from the beginning!

My husband got me a gift certificate to this place for Christmas. I used some of it for an hour massage with Angela. She was able to book me in a reasonable time frame. I was very happy with my massage. She used the right amount of pressure while really focusing on my problem areas. I left feeling relaxed & rejuvenated. She was very friendly and welcoming. Made me feel very comfortable. I will be going back.

Master Barber CJ was great. He stayed late to accommodate me and was very detailed on both my haircut and beard sculpting. Good conversationalist also.

Had a coupon and was going to try out this place but the lady didn’t seem very nice and barely acknowledged me. The place also just wasn’t a relaxing environment so I left. Maybe they do amazing nails but customer service was lacking.

Have to say this is one of the worst places for color! I am a licensed cosmetologist and have had many things done to my hair. In and out of beauty school there were a lot of mishaps with my hair. But I never had my hair damaged to the point of barely recognizable as human hair! If you need any type of process done to your hair I highly recommend you stay away from here. O

As a first time customer the staff made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Everyone is amazing. Great atmosphere, definitely a Spa I would come back to again and again. My 30 drive to the spa was well worth it. Thank you Julie for the amazing haircut and style.

After having my lashes for 3 weeks, I went to have them taken off by an actual lash extension business and was told they were low quality extensions. As she was taking them off she showed me there were clumps of extensions stuck to ONE of my natural lashes. Which caused my natural lash to come off with it. I am not pleased about this. Also maybe look into getting higher quality extensions, the ones I had were pretty rough on my eyes.
I'm sorry for the negative review, I had high hopes for my extensions when I left your salon.

Came in to get an updated look for my hair. Erica suggested highlights, a trim and styling. OMG Erica gave me a great summer look. Husband & co-workers loved it. #yourockerica

I went here back when they were located near walmart for a waxing. Yes a man went for a wax, no it was not for a bet, I wanted to try it out. Angelique was the only person in town who would do a brazilian on a man, european wax refused profusely. Getting it done was a simple process and was made to feel comfortable through the process. The room is private and very clean, she made sure the wax was not too hot, talked me through exactly what was going to happen and how long it would take.
Was it painful? well, not any worse than plucking your eyebrows out. But hey, it was my first time, hair was

Just had an amazing massage from Angela! When I came in my neck was tweaked and I was in pain. I called before I came in, asking if I could come in right away. The woman who answered the phone was very accommodating and made time for me right away.

Angela massaged all the tight muscles in my neck and shoulders. As she was massaging, I could feel the pain melting away. The massage she gave me was as good as some of the medical massages I've had in the past. If I lived nearby, I'd definitely come back to see her often.
