They fixed the screen I had broken fairly quickly - however the quote I received over the phone and email confirmation was suddenly $30 more when I came to the store. It was fixed the next day after ordering the screen and they confirmed it by email it was ready that evening. Following day I picked it up and it was wrapped in rubber bands. I was asked to keep the rubber bands for 1 hour before removing. I kept them longer. Then only few days later the phone is breaking apart from the back panel. No response to my email about this. Cannot recommend.

Had to pay $80 in person before they would order battery for an older phone. Was told about a week to get it in stock and they would call me. 3 weeks go by and I haven't heard anything, call in and they don't remember who I am so I have to dig up receipt and text it over.Turns out they sent it to the wrong store and I have to wait again for them to stock it here.

I had a GREAT experience with Tim today, he repaired my cell phone and I paid much less than the competition was asking, and I called around for hours to get the right deal. I paid $100 less than i originally planned to pay. Tim is super knowledgable and WANTS to save you money, so there are options. I would most definitely refer anyone to him, hes super friendly and my phone was repaired in 45 minutes! You MUST go to guy, you wont regret it!
