Great experience. Had a water damaged Samsung A71 with a black screen. Unfortunately couldn't get it fixed here since I didn't want to buy a new screen on a 2yr old phone. Just visited shop hoping they could assist with screen protector replacement. Felt embarrassed since its something I should probably know how to do on my own, but knew my unsteady hands would mess it up. Shop was nice enough to do two phones for me. Great fix, even redoing it after having weird problems. If any future problems with any phones, I'll definitely go here. My iphone X screen cracked, even though it was covered with a case & screen protection film. Was super simple to make appt online. New screen was same quality as original. Although I was having weird problems afterwards, so Richard immediately took care of it and replaced it was another screen, no problems, no hassle. He definitely knows what he's doing which shows in both the quality of the repair and the screen.

I scratched my screen up on my new Samsung Galaxy Note 20. I tried to contact several places online. I sent a quote request to these guys, received an answer and a detailed message on what the difference in screen replacements was. Anyway, I walked in the next day. I took my phone here to get my charging port replaced and I got my phone back and when I call it sounds like I am talking underwater. I went back twice to get the problem "resolved" but it was never fixed. I waited a month or two to post this review hoping the problem might go away but it never did. I did not feel like wasting my personal time again to adhere to someone else's mistakes. Started with one problem and left with a different. Definitely not heading back.

I always thought the only solution to a cell phone problem was to get a new phone...which is very expensive. I was wrong. My charger port wasn't working properly. I took it to SD Cell Phone Repair and they repaired the port. Good as new in just two hours - and the cost of repair seemed extremely reasonable. If you have problems with your phone, I would highly recommend contacting this place before you shell out the money for a new phone.

I dropped my work phone and that was it. The screen had shattered. Not horribly but bad enough that I knew I had to get it replaced. I searched on Yelp through location and this was the one with availability and great reviews. My fellow Yelpers did not steer me wrong. I was able to make a same day appointment. Joe took me ten minutes early and was super efficient. Fantastic job. Looks like a brand new phone. At least from the front. My phone was a iPhone 8. The replacement screen cost $80. I thought that was reasonable for same day service. I would definitely recommend San Diego Cell Phone Repair
