Like a good neighbor, Jacob was there! I was filling up my tank the other day, and went I got in my car to leave, it wouldn’t start! Jacob just happened to be at the gas station too, and came over and offered to get me a jump! One of his team members came over with jumper cables and got me on my way! I’ll be getting a quote for my auto insurance from Jacob’s office. Thanks again!

I was curious about life insurance policies and Keara helped me by explaining the different options that SF offers. She was really patient and answered my multitude of questions. Definitely better customer service here than some of the other places I called.

I have been with State Farm insurance for many years. I was pleased to be transferred to Jacob’s office.
