Went shopping for a dump trailer went to two other businesses in Sonoma County wasn't happy went to Reed's was greeted by Mike right away he followed me through the yard clear up until" The perfect trailer for me " purchase!! Predatory sales. I went to Reed's based on recommendations that they are local and family owned. I didn't know anything about trailers and learned the hard way. I brought my Subaru Ascent Touring and told them I would tow with this vehicle across country Calif. To Virginia. I was sold a trailer I cannot tow with my car and they said it was Subaru's fault. After numerous calls to Dan Reed without a return call, I asked a friend to help me get it out of their yard and now having to sell on my own. They come off as the nicest people but have no interest in anyone's well-being.

Guy the man who talked to us was very informative. He has great enthusiasm for his product and the the place he works. Not pushy at all. I felt very comfortable with the entire thing and he sent us home with research to do and to come to our own decision. I felt like they would take good care of us if and when we buy a trailer.

My hubby and I just purchased our first travel trailer from Kevin at Reed’s and he was absolutely wonderful!! We felt at ease with him immediately. He is so warm, intelligent, and passionate! He was the deciding factor for us buying our trailer from Reed's. We both felt that he took a genuine interest in us and really worked to understand our desires so that he could align with us and help us find the right fit. We weren't ready to buy a trailer yet but we went to Reeds to check out some trailers and the employee named Guy was extremely helpful and kind, he gave us a lot of useful information and put no pressure on us at all to buy anything. A very professional place and a family owned business. They take extremely good care of their customers and I would highly recommend going here.

My husband and I received a call from Dan Reed about our issue getting our trailer in for service. Dan apologized for the service department not getting back to us, which I really appreciate. We understand that Covid has had a widespread be impact on businesses. Getting parts to repair trailers can be difficult now. We are scheduled for July 8th now. I am hopeful that we can get the refrigerator and heater operating properly in our new trailer. We are looking forward to camping this summer.

We went into Reeds today to look at new 5th wheels, we bought a Cougar trailer from them years ago and never had any issues with them, today we spoke to Mike, looked at a few new rigs and he convinced me to look at a 2014 used Cougar 5th wheel that had almost everything I was looking for, we looked at it, discussed what I had for a trade-in and made the deal- simple, easy and a no bs experience that saved me quite a bit of money over a new purchase, I highly recommend Reeds !

My husband and I had an outstanding sales experience at Reed’s Trailer Sales. We just purchased a 2020 Coachmen Freedom Express 192RBS, the perfect couple’s trailer. We had been looking at this model for a long time, and we were thrilled when Reed’s started to carry the Freedom Express line. We wanted a trailer that was towable with our mid-size SUV, which had a big fresh water tank for dry camping and a true walk-around queen (60”x80”) bed. This trailer has a slide-out sofa, leaving us ample floor space to maneuver around our two large dogs.

Top notch quality and customer service. I was referred to Reed's by a friend who had a great experience with them. I did some shopping/research about what I wanted, and I decided to stay with a local/independent business vs. a larger/chain store in Santa Rosa. Great decision. Trouble free transaction, amazing customer service, and straight forward, honest information given about the item I purchased and what I can expect. They helped me with the financing that I needed and just made the whole process very comfortable.

Update .....We've had our Lance 1995 model for almost a year now. Really like the trailer. Had a leak somewhere in the slide out or window area. Took it to Reeds service 3 times, finally they saw the leak. The fix, was a terrible caulking job around the window. Now this is under a full warranty. You would think a window replacement would have been the best fix, especially under warranty. Really unhappy with the caulking job and the fix overall. We'll be camping in the rain soon and that will be the true test.

Guy helped show us around. There was absolutely no pressure whatsoever. However, we found exactly what we were looking for. Since we are newbies to trailer camping he gave us a lot of information.
When we went back, Mike helped us. He also taught us a lot.
We have read that it is a good thing to buy a camper from a place that will be there for you down the road and we both felt that we were in good hands with the people at Reed's.

My girlfriend and I went into Reeds to "kick tires". We were promptly greeted by Kevin who was very friendly and low pressure. He gave us enough information to be dangerous and let us poke around. So glad we found Reed's and worked with them for our first trailer experience. We worked with Kevin and enjoyed his patience, honesty, and knowledge. We visited more than 5 or 6 times to keep exploring which trailer type was right for us, which model, etc. (our first time buying a trailer) and his patience and humor and relaxed nature helped us figure out what was right for us. He never rushed us and we felt really care for and understood. (I'd visited numerous dealerships before from Vallejo to Sacramento and often felt uncomfortable, pressured or neglected, etc.)

There is a good reason why these guys rock a solid Yelp page..... BECAUSE THEY'RE HONEST! Not only are they honest and trustworthy, they spend much needed time with their clients. I've been into Reed's 2 times now and the first time Guy spent a lot of time with our family to help us make the right choice.
Today, we talked to Mike. We had just come from Santa Rosa RV who was pushing a trailer on us that was way too big. I have a Tacoma with a max tow of 6,700. Santa Rosa RV was dead sure that I could handle a 5,500lb dry with 1,200 cargo room

We had a fantastic experience at Reeds. We purchased a Lance 1575. Kevin was our salesman - and he was great. We didn't know a lot about Lance trailers when we came in. Kevin was able to point out the special features and quality craftsmanship that makes Lance special. We appreciated Kevin's help in answering our questions...and also following up with us thru returning several phone calls and emails. We also appreciated that Mr. Reed, the owner, was very attentive and willing to work with us on the pricing.

I just happen to drop by Reeds and saw a beautiful used T@b 320 and their sales representative Guy let me know it was for sale. Asked him for the best price and got it. No going back and forth one usually expects to do. Was surprised that they included full inspection and needed repairs prior to delivery which included testing everything and re packing the wheel bearings. Tammy in finance was great in helping me get a reasonable loan. Their service staff really took extra care in showing me how to operate everything and did some last minute replacements to make sure the trailer was in the best

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ! I really do not have the words to state how bad this transaction was and this comes from someone who owned more then 100 vehicles in my past 42 years. This purchase was the worst of them all! Two weeks ago, I purchased a 2017 Jayco Class C from Reed's trailer Sales. The sale started out normal till GUY ( sales manager ) got involved, from there things went quickly down hill, GUY managed to hang up the phone on me a more than a few times, would not return my calls and was plain rude throughout the entire purchase.
