My name is Clarke Otten and I am the owner of Professional Automotive Repair. I started my business in 1985 as a specialty shop servicing only Volvo. Like all entrepreneurs, I planned to grow my business over the years. However, I never allowed my desire for growth to surpass my desire for maintaining the highest quality in technical expertise and customer service.
We started as a Volvo-only shop. Founder Clarke Otten was previously a Volvo factory technical instructor. As a result, we are Atlanta's Volvo Experts and we are qualified to work on everything from vintage Volvo's to the newest models. Professional Automotive Repair employs ASE-Certified mechanics to ensure we provide you with the best maintenance and repair services available.

Everyone knows that part, but beyond that level of knowledge most people enter a realm of little understood, half-magical mystery concerning how and why their A/C system cools their car. This is true not only for many customers, but some mechanics as well.
Professional Repair offers full brake repair services, anything from simple brake pad replacements to complex ABS diagnosis and repair. Disc brakes have been around for over 50 years now and are standard on most cars for the front axle, at least.
Now let's look at the mechanical components. When you remove your tire and rim, known collectively as the " wheel", you are face to face with the mechanical portion of your brakes.
