Autohaus Social is GREAT! They've worked on 2012 Mini convertible for a few years now. Each time I have to take in everyone is very nice. They answer my questions: what's wrong with it, why did that happen, when will I get it back and of course about how much it will cost. This last time they were booked 2 weeks out and they let me leave my car so they could try to work it in. Three days later I got my car back and the bill was $300 lower than estimated. One of the best things about this place - it's INTOWN! I don't need anyone to follow me to the middle of nowhere and drive me back home.

I am thrilled to have found this gem and that too right in my neighborhood. It is not easy for me to trust my car for maintenance service with anyone. Last summer my beloved Boxster was hit while parked and the offender left no note. Little did I know a 4 month insurance battle would ensue. Joseph went above and beyond to advocate for me with my insurance company and do everything possible to ensure a satisfactory resolution. I've never received such a level of service at an auto shop, and they've gained a customer for life. I can't recommend Autohaus Social enough.

I needed a checkup for my Mercedes Benz E350, and Autohaus Social did a wonderful job. The first time I went, I showed up unannounced concerned about a possible nail in my tire. The gentleman checked out my tire and scheduled me for an appointment the following week for a full work up. I took my car in for the work up and they did all the work that was needed to be done. I am a young woman, and they were not condescending or rude at all. They were very pleasant. Highly recommended!

This is the place to go for your car! The team is very professional and treats everyone with respect when they walk in the door. I love the update system where you can see what's going on with your vehicle every step of the way and leave notes for the shop as well. They treated me and my old Passat the same way they treat a nice Audi or Porsche! Highly recommend!

Autohaus Social is a great place! They were able to get me in for service sooner than my scheduled date and provided a high level of meticulous service throughout the entire process. Everyone (Tristan, Joseph, Noah) was accommodating and knowledgeable and did not try to deceive their way through like the dealerships. I am exceedingly impressed and will return for all future services on my Audi.

Top-notch staff and shop all around. Convenient location in the middle of town. It's not the M.O. to try to gouge you at all times like [insert German dealership] ... in fact, the opposite of that. No issues with my (babied) car yet, but certainly afforded peace of mind after each Autohaus visit. Only complaint is it's getting too popular, with several ATL friends who've caught on recently contributing to the rush ha ha!

I was in Atlanta from Miami on my way to Asheville when my oil change light went on in my Porsche. I called Autohaus and even though they were back logged they were happy to get me in within 2 days. The job was completed the same day at an extremely reasonable price. Beyond that I cannot say enough about their professionalism and the cheerful manner in which they greeted me. And they have a slick SMS tool in place that notifies and updates you regarding the entire repair process. Overall what an absolutely amazing business establishment that I highly recommend.

Autohaus Social performs all service and maintenance on my 2013 Golf R and 2018 Audi RS3. They are subject matter experts who are as meticulous as I am. They treat my vehicles as if they were the owners; no issues glossed over.

I've brought both of my cars to Autohaus & they never let me down. The guys are always courteous & very knowledgeable about my vehicles. They keep you in contact with them through their system which informs every detail when your vehicle is being worked on to when it's finished. Great atmosphere plus you get a chance to see some of the hottest vehicles in the city which is a plus for me.

Serviced my VW Rabbit - great communication and I'm hoping they fixed an issue that others couldn't diagnose. Four stars instead of five due to price but totally worth it if they fixed the car. Car was ready when promised.

Reply to Nash: thanks for your concern, as I said I have heard many good things, but this is actually the second time I was turned away. The first was back in late December, shop was busy but the person who came to talk to me (I think this same guy but it's been so long I don't know) told me they were not actually open and all working on personal projects. If true, I applaud you indulging the techs who I am sure all have lots of stuff they want to do on their own stuff, since that's what makes a good tech. But the bottom line is I was turned away. And really it comes down to Trust

This is such a great shop! I've brought my 2008 Porsche 911 C4 in a couple of times now, and each time I've been impressed by both the customer service and the repairs. I appreciate the clear communication and the detail they share in pictures and descriptions of what is needed to solve the problem that brought me in. They take the time to answer all my questions, and inspire confidence in the work they do. I'll be coming back to Autohaus Social whenever my C4 needs service.

Authaus Social is my go-to place now for any type of vehicle problem I'm having. The staff there is top-notch and most important trustworthy. I had taken my car to 2 different auto repair shops, paid out several hundred dollars in supposed fixes that didn't resolve my car issues. Autohaus Social quickly identified the real problems and even supplied video clips so that I could see what was causing my car trouble. Dealing with them is super-efficient and a positive experience from beginning to end.

AutoHaus doesn't disappoint. I've taken taken my cars here on multiple occasions and referred many of my friends who have done the same. Everyone I've referred has also been very happy with the service. The team there has it down! Easy scheduling, fast work at fair prices (possibly saving you considerable amounts over European dealer prices) master technicians and friendly staff. Really great experience here with work on my Q5. Joseph and his team were very responsive and helpful in addressing the problem quickly and provided updates as needed. In and out service in one day was very convenient.

The COVID measures are much appreciated too as it was a fully contactless but seamless experience.

For those in midtown, this place is easily accessible. It is walking distance for me which made it easy to pick up and drop off my car without too much hassle.

COVID -19 isn't slowing these guys down. Easy to make appt., easy to drop off, easy to pay post appt., they have it all figured out.

High-end euro auto repair as it should be! Just moved from CA and needed an A/C check, new tires, and an alignment for our Porsche 993. This is the nicest, cleanest auto repair shop I've seen. They also use an online estimate/approval system (most indy Porsche shops are pretty old school). Joseph and Tristan were excellent to deal with and very communicative as the car is a bit finicky with alignment specs. And true to their 'Social' name, they posted some pics (attached) and video of the car along with a write up on their Instagram page. You can tell the team here are enthusiasts

I set an appointment at 8:30 am for an oil change. I dropped my car early at 8:00 am. Over the phone while setting my appointment, I was told it would be done by 12-1 pm. When I called back at 1 pm the day of my oil change. They said it wont be done till 2:30 pm. Then started to blame me why it was not worked on yet, telling me I had to give them a time frame I needed it by. This guy had no idea they already gave me a time frame. They told me it would be done by 1pm... That is not how appointments work. You just lost a customer sir and I hope you guys lose more. That is not how you treat customers

The BEST most amazing car service in Atlanta!

I baby my VW bug convertible and was horrified when it's tire lights came on and we heard a thump thump thump! I quickly researched a place for help nearby and discovered Autohous Social! We didn't know what to expect as it was late afternoon on a Friday and we couldn't see the actual facility from the turn into the driveway off Monroe Drive near the intersection of Ponce de Leon. But within seconds of pulling into the driveway I was in care care heaven!

Our consultant appeared like a mirage and immediately diagnosed the problem
