My wife and I ordered the Classic Chicken and the Steak Club, both on 7 grain bread. The sandwiches had great flavor and the topping combinations worked well. I also like how you can add extra toppings like cucumbers and red peppers for free. Only thing I wish I had done differently was ordered the sandwich in a sub roll or wrap since it was kind of messy. So good though!

Gave this place a try given the great reviews. I ordered a cheese steak on a whole wheat wrap, extra meat. For the price point the value wasn't there ($14 and change). Sandwich was on the smaller side and a bit too greasy (even though it was a cheese steak). Nothing to really rave about and the customer service was lackluster too. Am mildly hopeful it was an off night but I wouldn't count on it.

Head and shoulders better food than you get at a bodega deli and better than most delis I’ve eaten at. Quality ingredients and bread along with unique sandwiches made with passion make this place a must if you haven’t tried it.
Their cheesteaks and hot sandwiches are really,really great if your looking for something to try.

Deli charges an extra $2.50 for bread unless you want white/wheat/rye wonder bread. On top of that, the bread was stale. Wanted to love this place for a good deli on UES, but for the price point and sandwich I thought it was overall mediocre. Surprised since the reviews are so good, maybe it was just an off night.

Delicious sandwiches and burgers of all types with lots of options for sides, chips, and drinks. Food is made fresh and the people are very friendly. Wish the sandwiches themselves were just a little bigger but definitely gets the job done and still one of my favs for lunch. Lots of great desserts for your sweet tooth too!

Without question the best sandwiches on the Upper East Side! Their pastrami sandwich rivals anything produced by the old Carnegie Deli, and their Chicken Philly Cheese Sandwich (of course, they have the steak version as well) is a minor classic. Always fast service, always with a smile. The clean, cozy back room is an extra plus, as are the tables set outside the restaurant in good weather. We love this place!!
