I booked an appointment to get my hair done and I showed up to nobody at the salon. First off, I live about 45 minutes away, and As someone who is a mom to a newborn, I rarely have time to go do things and need it at specific times. My husband is deploying and this was the last weekend I could get it done for months. When I contacted the owner she told me she had no knowledge of the appointment even though she was the one to book it. I have texts of our conversation and a text confirmation of the appt. Disappointing and very unprofessional 👎🏼

I have evidence that the owner is withholding payment from employees refunding tips without consulting the employee
The work place is unprofessional
They have refused to release employees time clock information so they can steal money
Which heavily points to tax fraud
If your Ex employees don't recieve their money that they earned before termination and quitting I have already contacted the BBB the DOL, the IRS and the state department
DO NOT GO HERE
You cannot operate this business and behave like a child

Sarah Butterfield was so accommodating by giving me a full set of lashes at the last minute. It has been two weeks since Sarah put on my extensions and they still look amazing. She is very knowledgeable about what length of lashes your own natural lashes are capable of holding for longer periods of time. I also love Sarah’s fun and bubbly personality. I highly recommend Sarah for lash extensions!!

This salon was recommended by a few people. Ashley was super helpful answering the questions I had setting up my appointment. Sarah, the hair stylist, was awesome! she took my hot mess hair and made it look… good. She gave really helpful ideas on how to improve my hair quality. she was also really fun to chat with during the cut.

I had an all-over color, cut and conditioning treatment done on 10/08/20 with Abby. Everything started off fine, I wanted a dark ash brown and 0.5 inch cut off. Abby began to dye my hair and when I looked back there was only two boxes of dye (every hair salon I have been to has stock of all colors to mix an exact shade). My appointment continued and she was finishing up applying the dye, I had noticed a large chunk of hair untouched. This is where the issue came with only having two boxes of dye, she had to comb the dye from other sections of my hair to the untouched part. I have a tough scalp

I got my eye brows micro bladed and powdered a couple weeks ago and I love them! She was accommodating to changes I was wanting to make and they healed great! I don’t have the before photos but this is them… after they’ve healed... I’m adding 2 because one is before tweezing the extras and the side profile is after I tweezed the straggler hairs!
