I am a local small business owner in the service industry and I contacted A+ to remove 10 larger trees for a project at my house. These folks were a pleasure to deal with from the office staff down to the last two guys blowing wood chips and cleaning up my lawn in the dark before they left. They took great care to not tear up anything, and minus the trees they left my lawn in the condition it was in prior to their arrival. I competitively quoted six companies in the area and A+ won my business for several reasons. They had great customer responsiveness, had great reviews, provided a detailed quote and liability information, offered the best holistic value (they were not the least or most expensive) and a proved to be a quality service. A+ did a terrific job with removing two 75' tall, 32" diameter base loblolly pines that were close to my home. I highly recommend them for tree services.

I called A+ Tree & Crane Services, Inc. to request an estimate for removing limbs overhanging our property. I am not sure whether I spoke with Raquel or Melanie, but an appointment was scheduled for an estimate. Raquel and Melanie were great for answering my emails quickly throughout the process. The gentleman conducting the estimate arrived early, took pictures, and emailed the estimate that day. We scheduled the service for 21OCT2021. The first member of the crew arrived earlier than scheduled with the bobcat and met with my wife and I to assess what needed to be done before getting started.

This is my second time working with A+ Tree and Crane and it will not be my last. The team is fast, professional, friendly, and communicative. I am very happy with the results. No damage done to the Japanese maple and shrubs already planted. The work was performed on .4 acres. 6 large trees were taken down. All other trees had canopies raised and were also pruned. They did a great job raking out the soil and cleaning up. A BIG THANK YOU to Alfredo, Gabriel, and Raphael for the amazing job. I will see you all next year!

This is the second time I have used A+. They have a phenomenal team of people from the salesman to the office help to the team that takes the trees down. The guys taking the trees down work fantastically together. No one stands around waiting, they pitch in and help each other. Very efficient team. When my job was done they cleaned up so you couldn't even tell they were there. Will never use anyone else for my tree work.

I admit, we got off to a little bit of a questionable start. A+ was responding to storm damage in our area and had to delay my initial evaluation and quote a few times. However, after I contacted them, they were very apologetic and worked to keep my business. The crew that showed up to remove my tree worked quickly and did an exceptional job. Wanted a quote to cut down a few trees. They told me they could come by Wednesday. I said great - I'll be here until 4:30. They could not guarantee this which I understand but I got home at 7:30 pm and asked my friend if they had come by and she said no. I get a knock on my door at 7:50pm! Without a call, text or email. Nothing. I understand that they may choose to work that late and some people are ok with it, but don't show up to my house after dinner time without warning, it's rude. I cannot speak to their work or pricing as I didn't get a quote from them, I had 4 other quotes

Not only were they the most reasonably priced but also the best in communication of all the services that I contacted. Others would not respond or they were significantly more. They quickly gave me an appointment for the estimate and did the work 2 days later. The crew was extremely professional and took great care not to damage my fence. Would hire again in a heartbeat!

This Tree company is very professional and the equipment they brought to my property was absolutely amazing. My whole neighborhood is asking me who did the work. Quoted - Thursday, 12 trees removed - Friday - right....1 day turn around. My husband and I were very happy with this service. We called two other tree companies for estimates and one didn't even show up while the second came by 3 hours after they were supposed to. A+ Tree didn't give us an ETA because their estimators do apparently 25 or so estimates a day. However, they came out on a Tuesday night and promptly emailed us their estimate afterwards. They were extremely responsive via phone and email and even made us aware of an additional coupon that had been posted on their website, which we didn't know about. Great work from the A+ tree and crane service. They came in and efficiently worked on our trees and were done in about an hour and a half. the work completed was to specification. There were about 5 people doing the job. One up in the trees cutting, a couple on the ground raking and pushing limbs to the dingo. One carting the limbs to the front in the dingo. And one grinding up the branches. The value was great and beat several other quotes. They could really benefit from double the amount of mats that they lay down to cross your yard. They worked like a charm when they were covering the grass

Our home sits below street grade and where the trees sat in the rear was even further below grade.
This needed a crane. Using the bobcat like rigs to transport the tree remains to the trucks wasn't practical.
It also made me extremely nervous despite all the positive reviews and experience A+ has. When it's your home there is a little more anxiety, at least for me.
After the entire crew was assembled, I left to run some errands and try to get my mind on something else. After one hour I returned to see how much progress had taken place.
I could not see the trees in question. All 3 trees

Just completed the eighth job with these folks taking down falling trees and/or pruning. Besides being really nice folks that work with you, they work long hours to get to your job ASAP. If it is an emergency they are right there. They have a lot of equipment, work carefully and clean up. They follow your requests and directions.

This company came out and cut down 43 trees and ground the stumps. Then they chipped the tree limbs per our request and scattered the chips. they were the priced the best of 4 quotes. They showed up on time, cleaned up beyond our expectations and managed every aspect of this job in a very professional manner, From begining to end we were extremely happy with their service. I watched these guys cut down three 20-year-old trees that had died and needed to be removed. This was complicated because the trees were immediately adjacent to a 6-ft tall metal fence and half of the canopy was above holly trees on the neighbors' property.
They cut the trees down without any collateral damage, chipped the trees, and hauled both the chips and the giant stumps away. They also cleaned both properties of fallen leaves and didn't leave anything behind. I liked how they put down a track on the grass so the specialized tree tractor-forklift didn't even leave an impression

My wife called them last week to have them come out to give us an estimate on some tree work we needed done. They were scheduled for 2/14/17 in the AM. No one came, no one called, no one contacted us at all on that day. Very unprofessional. I can cross you off my list now. Plenty of other companies to give my business to.

I needed about 8 trees removed for various reasons, one of which was right next to my house and right over a gas line, along with some bushes/stumps grinded down. When Kenneth came out to do the original estimate, he also suggested I remove some limbs and raise the canopy on the big tree in my backyard. I didn't really think that was necessary, but I could tell he knew what he was talking about, so I went with it. I am so glad I did! Raising the canopy and removing the suggested limbs made such a difference!!! The crew

I received a mailer coupon for $300 off any job over $1,700 from A+ so I decided to contact them for a free estimate on removing a number of trees from my back yard. A representative came out to my house and gave me an estimate of $2,200 for the entire job. So I decided this was a great deal being that I have a coupon which would bring the price down to $1,900. Upon receiving a written estimate via email I noticed that the quote was now $2,400 with a coupon discount of $200 which brought me back to $2,200. A few points...

My MIL had a tree removed from her front yard recently. The workers left all of the tree chips...basically a giant mound of ground up tree debris. When my MIL called and spoke with Abby about it, Abby informed her that the yard debris would be removed later that week. Nobody ever came to pick it up. My MIL called and spoke with Kenneth, who informed her that there is an extra charge for debris removal. Nowhere in the quote she received was there mention of an extra charge for debris removal; she's never had to pay before. My MIL was promised removal of the debris with no extra charges by one

They did an excellent job taking down two of my trees. The stumps were not ground as deep as I needed because the utility lines were not marked. We had some scheduling conflicts that the owner and Abby worked out with me. They were very polite and consistently responded in a positive manner. They came back out after the utility lines were marked and did a great job grinding up the stumps to my satisfaction. I would hire them again.

Took out about 17 pine trees (approx. 200 feet tall, ea.) with precision of a skilled medical TEAM! A+ is a fitting name for this tree service for that is the grade that I would give them for removing a large river birch tree from our front yard. No one could have done a better job. They took great care not to harm any of the many plants that we had in the front yard. That in itself was amazing. It was a pleasure watching this well-orchestrated crew remove the tree.
