This evaluation will focus on finding the source of the pain in order to establish a working diagnosis, so that a comprehensive treatment plan can be initiated.

I had my 3rd back surgery including hardware fusion at L3-S1 10 years ago and suffered very bad pain from my waist down ever since.
I've been a patient of Dr.Dreskin's for a year or so and recently he discussed having the transfloraminal injection and I agreed and had him perform this procedure yesterday Friday 22 Oct 2021
I feel absolutely wonderful, this is the most relief I've had since my surgery and I pray it lasts a long time.
Thank you to Dr.Dreskin and to Tennessee Valley Pain Management surgery center !!

So I have to be honest about my experiences with this office. After reading the reviews I was very nervous to even show up for my first appointment but I did and everything went wonderful. They ask you lots of questions and the entire time apologized for the depth of questions they asked. They made sure that the plan that my previous doctor had me on was working somewhat and what he wanted to do. I have been seeing him for about 5 months now and the staff has been wonderful and the doctor and I are on the same page. Like he said in my first appointment, I do not care who you where seeing or what

The first time I went to this office, I was in a back room for 1.5 hours waiting. I was walking out the door just as they were coming in. My insurance company wanted a "prior authorization" for the meds that they prescribed and they would not send the information to the number that my insurance company gave me for the authorization. I've had 3 appointments and they were over an hour late for 2. I think I've learned everything I need to know.

I've been taking oxycodone every day for the last 14 years. When i went to my appointment last monday, they said my urine test showed i haven't been taking my pills and refused to give me any. He never offered a tapering off dose, so needless tosay i am very sick. Im 68 years old and in bad health. Its extremely dangerous to stop cold turkey. I told Dreskin he didn't care what happened to me and he said "it is what it is."Don't go. He doesn't care about you. Obviously their test was wrong and someone who is selling theirs passed on my urine test. I wouldn't take a sick animal to Steven DRESKIN

After a year of having no problems at all, I noticed that each person I saw had a different opinion and plan of care for me. Not one provider was on the same page as the others. Then all of a sudden, they claim that I failed a drug screen and I owed them $350 for it. Being that I wouldn’t risk my job nor credentials to do what I do, I contested the drug screen and produced many random test results leading up to and past this office visit. They informed me that I would be tested every month and would have to pay $350 each and every time. Then the provider asked me how I would like it if he called

I have to say that I have been going to their office on Shallowford for about a year or so. I find Dr. Dreskin to be nice but rushed as I imagine he would be with as many patients that need pain management at that office. I did not enjoy being put with Mallory and found her to be not experienced or knowledgeable and quite condescending in our discussions at my appts. BUT when they put me with Derek Rigsby, that was the turn around. I can ask questions, he explains and has the experience and skill I would expect from a doctor. Its horrible to have to live with chronic pain from arthritis, pinched

From Jeff- First appointment went fairly well, looking forward to the phone call. Nurses were nice and checked into all my past records to my new one's. Would love to get to know the Dr better, he was in and out real fast. Over all good, hope the second time is worth it. Living with pain is not fun ......

This place didn't work for me. I felt like I was going to a pill mill. However, after my first six months there they stuck me seeing a female assistant. It all went down hill from there. Not one time did she ever bring my chart in the room, she didn't know my diagnosis, and overall had a poor attitude. I have arthritis all over my body including my neck and spine. The medications they were giving me since my first visit were just not getting the job done anymore. She recommended two different drugs, I had already been on one of the two she had mentioned and the other one I was scared to take. So

I have been coming to this establishment for approximately 1 1/2 years. Let me start with the positive. The providers are amazing. Very understanding and they work with you with alternative therapies which I think is amazing.
Now the bad... The staff is literally the most rude people that I have ever come across. There are probably 3 nice assistants in the whole location off of Shallowford Rd which is the one that I go to. They always have these judging faces when I go there. The office manager is the worst and is probably enabling the rest of the staff simply by example.
