The staff and nurses at both places . Stein Drive and Gunbarrel are all very nice and professional as well as being very friendly.
Dr. Smalley is an excellent doctor. Sometimes he talks a little too fast but I’ll ask him to slow down so I can understand . He knows what he is doing. I have been going to him for four years he has helped me immensely. I could barely walk or stand up straight when I first went to him. He sometimes he seems to be in a hurry so I just tell him . He will take the time to explain things well but he doesn’t take the time to chitchat about this or that so I keep on

From the front office to the back and lab employees in between. I was treated with kindness. There is such a big stigmatism with chronic pain and pain management, it normally always causes us to feel guilty or ashamed that we have chronic pain and need help. I've seen about 15 different doctors, specialist, surgeons.. etc. in the last 4 years , I've had several different surgeries, painful test and procedures, gone through so many different medications and had to deal with their side effects. My life has been totally shattered.
Today was my first visit with Dr. Ball, I had heard that

I have been seeing Dr Ball for years. After having spinal fusion, I have spinal nerve damage due to the nerve being impinged to long. Dr Ball and his staff have help me manage my pain since 2000. I can’t say enough about their group. I have never had a problem with an appointment or medication being filled. I would recommend them to anyone.

One star. Heres why. A few years ago in 2018 my mom went here, her last visits were with Fine. For years my mom was trying to get off opiods which she uses for pain, has done it herself and I've witnessed the withdrawals. On our last visit Fine was upset because she wanted my mom taking a lot of opiods, basically get her hooked on it hardcore again and drop her off it slowly. My mom did not want that, she kept trying to say it was bad for her A1C, which Fine disagreed with and said theres no correlation (to which my mom provided news articles and was willing to call her diabetic doctor to have

I'm actually no longer a patient here but my husband is. I am sitting in their office waiting to speak with the office manager on how my husband has been treated. Prior authorization was need 60 days ago and it still hasn't been given or requested. He is a Tn Care recipient which means if it's not requested he has to pay out of pocket. Presently I am waiting to speak with the office manager. I logged the dates and times when I called and who I spoke with. As soon as I get back there I will certainly share these concerns. I definitely wish he was going somewhere else

Physicans Assistant Laura Godwin was insulting and profiled me as a drug seeking addict, engaged in entrapment of my personal rights as a certified chronic pain sufferer. I have proof of a cyst on my spinal cord. Never sign an agreement with this company, as it will be used against you, and never for treatment for you. I am canceling all future contact with this facility. They sent me to the ER, where I was again marked as a drug seeking addict, not as a pain suffer. Meet only with the Dr it ask for a sincere referral to a real clinic that serves the patient.
