We are very passionate about the quality of the items we put in them. Custom gift baskets of all sorts. It can be as easy as a simple substitution of an item (a different wine, for instance), or a complete custom design. At Fancifull we often claim we are passionate about food and wine. I think we might go beyond passionate when searching for incredible chocolate. We realize someone's relationship with chocolate can be a personal thing; there are those that are happy with Snickers and those that won't settle for less than the finest truffles.
Welcome a visiting client or friend to town with a thoughtful gift basket or bag filled with locally made food, drink, even fresh flowers. Think of their joy as they arrive in their room and see a gift greeting them, helping them unwind from their travels. We recommend using a bag or a container they can take with them like a tray since people often leave the basket behind.
A picnic is a great way to spend a romantic afternoon in the park with your significant other, and our picnic gift baskets come packed with delicious food perfect for such an occassion. I would be giving them a better review, but they had a major credit card mistake. I bought something for my Sister for moving into her new house at the end of May, then I randomly got charged for it twice in December. I've called twice now about reversing the ($126) charge, but they keep just taking my name, saying they will call me back and I never hear back and there is no reversing or fixing this. This is such a pain to be spending my free time doing this and they have not made it right.

This is my second order. They were so great to get the first one delivered quickly to someone who was having a really bad week. My son just picked up the second one and it is absolutely beautiful. And, they brought it out to his car because the baby was sleeping. Everyone has been SO nice on the phone, even when I know they are very busy. A great place to do business with, even several states away!

Amazing service and products! I ordered the Neuhaus Truffle collection (chocolates) and the ruby (flower vase) as a gift.
Service: Their website's checkout page is not very user friendly, but they were on the call while I made the selection, added message and filled other details, which helped in easier order placement. They even made suggestions to customize the order. The order was placed at last minute, but they made same-day delivery.
Product: The final products were as expected, the flowers and their arrangement were beautiful & the chocolates were delicious.

I put myself in a pinch, wanted to send a thoughtful gift basket to a nearby city in California that needed to arrive the next day. I happened by Fancifull Gift Baskets, visited their website and found a basket I liked, and decided to give them a call with some questions.

I had a great experience with Fanciful Gift Baskets! Wally, one of the owners, was helpful and very kind. My son received a terriffic basket filled with things he enjoys. Sending this basket was another way to have my son receive some things which were special on his birthday. That meant a lot to me given that he could not be with family because of coronavirus. This store is definately a cut above most gift basket businesses. The service, quality of products and the freshnes of products makes them stand out far above most of their competitors. I highly recommend Fanciful Gift Baskets.

If you need a dependable company to send a basket, definitely don't use fancifull.com. I ordered 8 baskets to be sent all over the country for an annual meeting. At the last minute, I was told that they ran out of items and could not fill my order. This left me completely hanging...So far, this is the worst experience I've had working with a company to deliver something on time, or at all. I'm recommending that you use GourmetGiftBaskets.com. They had many different baskets to choose from, they shipped all of my baskets in time for the meeting, provided great customer service and proof of delivery

I cannot say enough great things about Wally, Malinda, and friends who made this very special delivery possible. My new boyfriend was in LA for the annual Harley-Davidson convention and I wanted so much to have this man greeted with a special gift.
