La Brisa is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo on the third floor. Both master bedrooms have a king size bed with a walk in closet, a desk with an internet wire connection if needed and a private bathroom. All bedrooms have a flat screen TV & ceiling Fans. No smoking condos. Both living rooms have a sleeper sofa & a flat screen TV.
The dining room table seats six people. There is a fully equipped kitchen, wireless internet for your lap top, and a washer & dryer. Balcony view of the Atlantic Ocean & Smathers Beach. Covered parking Master bedroom: King size bed, TV, desk, ceiling fan, walk in closet & private bathroom. Guest bedroom: King Size bed, TV and ceiling fan.

This place HATES pets. Literally the only place that your allowed to take your dog to use the bathroom, all have “beware of alligator” signs, and are far away from most buildings. Furthermore, they will complain about every little thing possible. Basically it’s a bunch of old people that have nothing left to do in life but complain. You have been warned
