This place is awesome! Anytime we come to key west we stay here. The pool can get crowded at times but it usually clears up quick. The hot tub is in fact HOT! The pool deck and tile has all been refinished. The girls are cleaned out nightly and are free to use. The community that lives here are always friendly. The library and gym are both a nice bonus. Other reviewers are right about them being a little too lock and key happy but that wouldn't deter me from staying.

Nice older condos- Unit 110a Papaya Place has a master bedroom with an unusual shower layout and two twin beds in the other bedroom. The headboards were not attached securely to the frames. Beach chairs and ice chest were in the closet, much appreciated! Dryer does not work efficiently.
Walk to Smathers Beach, but that's about it. Poland hot tub were nice, but only open sunrise to sunset. Was told by a resident we could stay later, but security guard let us know otherwise.

Beautiful Indoor and Out.
The Condominium units were well maintained.
Spacious and Clean.
Our unit was on the 5th (top) floor. They had Vaulted ceilings and breathtaking views of the resort and of the ocean. Each unit has its own private balcony. Spacious 1 & 2 bedroom units. Full kitchen with breakfast bar & Full dining rooms. Most units have 2 bathrooms. The condos have their own private section of beach. It is also conveniently located 2 minutes from one of key wests most beautiful beaches. Smathers beach. your stay includes an indoor parking space and

This review is for condo A-106 and Grounds. The condo it self was nice and close to some great beaches,private owners and had pretty much every thing updated. Pool and large hot tub in the condo and big hot tube on the grounds.
The only real problem was that are condo was so close to stagnic water and breeding grounds for lots of bugs that ate me and all of my family bad..Im still itching.. Other than that I would stay in another condo on the other side of the grounds.

This is a decent place with good rooms and really close access to Smathers Beach. It's not a full service resort by any means though. The only staff person we saw was the security guard although the grounds and pool are well-maintained. Each unit is independently owned so quality can vary. We were very pleased with our rental. It was very clean, spacious, and well stocked.

Absolute bare bones condos. Spacious but very shabby. Mattresses seem old. TVs in my unit very old, altho my son's had digital TVs. One tiny box of detergent with the expectation that all laundry has to be done before leaving. (No real beach because shore is covered with sea grass so bring water shoes.). Clean but bring ant spray, our unit had red ants crawling in the cupboards.
