Not a patient, but a doordasher who delivers their groceries. They are cheap and never tip, also the old lady at the coffee counter has a condescending attitude. But I guess that is expected since we are just "lowly service people".

I have never been so motivated to write a review. Dr. Rav is not only a great doctor but a great person. His staff and nurses were instrumental in getting me the help I needed quickly and efficiently.
At 32-weeks pregnant, I had been experiencing upper right abdominal pain since my 24th week of pregnancy. Unfortunately, the Midwives at UIHC did not know what was causing the pain. My VA maternity nurse was persistently concerned about my blood work and imaging, and she wanted a specialist to evaluate me. I called UIHC GI and Mercy One GI they would not see me any earlier than December, baby was

Very disappointed in the whole experience, but largely in the way I was communicated with. I would ask questions, ask for more information and ask why my care plan did not reflect the conversation we had. The responses I received were do more research, because this is what I suggest, and I have sent emails through the care portal with no replies.
They left me feeling like a bother, that my symptoms were fine and living in pain was ok.

Doctor Ravi has been treating me for over 12 years. He has went above and beyond to take care of my health needs time and time again. He knows me by name when I have seen him in public. He is more than a doctor to me he is an amazing part of this community and more doctors should take note on how to treat patients from him and his amazing staff. When it comes to medical care I value Dr. Ravi's opinion over anyones elses. He will not lead you wrong. He cares about people and cares about helping us with our healthcare needs.

I started seeing a Nurse Practitioner at this office and after a standard office visit, received two bills. One from the medical side for 10 minute and that fee was about $200. OK, I know speciality doctors are expensive, but I also received a bill for the facility charge. What the heck! Facility charge was about $100. I was seen less than 10 minutes and walked out $300 lighter. Was this a first-time visit charge? Nope, received the same bill on the next visit. This is just wrong. No heads up from the office about the facility charge.
