I ended up with Chronic Regional Pain Syndrome in my right ankle after breaking it and having surgery. For 6 years it was nerve blocks, and a lot of pain meds. As with anything 6 years on a substance will change your body chemistry or your mood. The last place I went nagged me for years about the spinal stimulator which i didnt want to do. Fast forward to this week. I just moved into Oklahoma from Maryland and needed a new clinic. It took awhile but Dr. Cramer was able to fit me in. He and his nurse listened to what I had to say and then they gave me options. They very much made me a part of my

I was referred to them by my ortho doctor after a car wreck. I told them I wanted to file through my private insurance since there is no money left. The insurance police only covered 25,000 my emergency room bill was 358,000 alone. And my refurral was made back in like 2019 mind you. They didn't call to try to schedule an appointment tell march of 2021!!! Are you kidding me it took you that long to try to help someone who's in severe pain on a daily. And since I didn't want to use the state farm car insurance from the wreck they refused service to me! I have blue cross private insurance! And was

My father went in for pain management. He was denied help because of past alcoholism. He’s 76 and in incredible pain from peripheral neuropathy, a knee replacement that can’t get done due to heart failure. He hasn’t had a drop of alcohol in 10 years! I am completely disgusted with these people. Maybe it was because he has long hair or his clothes aren’t expensive enough? Their alternative was offering injections that they didn’t even have in the clinic. They rescheduled him for TWO WEEKS LATER.

No complaint with dr Ellis. I've only seen him once in many months. Yesterday I was reprimanded, could not continue being a patient, escorted out of office with promise of being arrested by his office manager. She said I was rude to the receptionist after I called to say I could be a few minutes late and I was 6 minutes late. In discussion with receptitionist . It didn't talk loud or use curse words. Conversation with manager was not loud, did not curse and called her and little lady and hey. But this was reason to confront me and sever my my relationship with Dr. Ellis. I can only imagine that she

I've been on pain meds for years and years. The doctor that I had were wonderful, understanding and compassionate. Until the DEA kept harassing him and causing problems, because they did not want him to continue treating pain patients. Without any warning to anyone, he left the clinic after deciding to stop providing pain management and I found him afterward at another location where he explained what happened. He gave me one more month. This was last year. Then I went through several months of hell, including this Dr Ellis office playing games on me.
I received a phone call, extremely surprised

Jessica is nice and always listens and is willing to help. The only time I met the doctor was my first visit and when I was getting knee injections. I would stir clear of this place though because they don't really care about the patients. They had to schedule me more than 1 month out for my next appointment because they claimed that 1 of the providers was out due to surgery. Another lady at the front desk told me it's because only 1 provider takes UHC insurance now. I don't know what the true story is. The administrative assistants are not so friendly when you call them for an update on your appointment

Dr. Timothy Cramer, MD, and all the nurses, PAs and staff are simply awesome. The level of care I receive each visit is 100% satisfactory. They see many patients throughout the day and I don’t feel rushed or less cared for. They really listen to what I have to say. In addition, they take prescription medicine very seriously and they don’t just throw pills at you. I’ve been seeing them for over two years now and hope to continue seeing them. Without a doubt my quality of life is significantly improved thanks to the health care team at this pain management clinic. Thanks!

Two years ago I was in a head on collision, I had so many multiple surgeries and one major back surgery. The accident changed my life. But the constant pain changed ME! I couldn't work, exercise socialize or live like any normal person. The pain was unbearable and woke me up throughout the night. I screamed and cried for help. ER visits were too long, expensive and short relief. Dr. David Ellis and his Physician Assistant Amber are wonderful. This is along journey and you have to be Patient. You have to do your part by taking medication as prescribed, you need to exercise, diet and physical therapy
