In the Fall our previous irrigation company told us they were no longer servicing our area. I called around and Evergreen was one of the only companies that called me back. They got us on the schedule and were reasonable.
That was just the beginning though...
We had issues with a Louisville Water Company leak at our meter. Louisville Water tried to blame the leak on the irrigation. I called Evergreen between Christmas and NYE not expecting to get any call back until the Monday of the new year. Evergreen does business the way it should be done. My installation was immaculate and the whole job was done in a day. Then Bill went over every single feature of the system so I knew how to operate it, maintain it, update it and so on.
If I ever have a problem, they're on it immediately. I accidentally cut a sprinkler line while digging near my garden. Bill just told me to mark off where it happened and he'd have someone out the next day to take care of it. Before noon the next day, my irrigation was back online. I honestly can't recommend Evergreen enough.

They are experts in irrigation and highly sought after for these systems. They marked out my system for a utility dig that was put in by another company when I couldn't get that company to come out and do it. Evergreen, unlike the other company, made recommendations on how to best use my system for my yard to achieve optimal results. I have been very flustered in dealing with other companies in trying to secure recommendations and estimates for installing an irritation system. I was not sure if irrigation system was right for my lawn and wanted to discuss options and get a quote, but everyone seemed to busy to do this. With Evergreen I was immediately directed to the owner who gave me a rough estimate over the phone by googling my property. This is our second season with Evergreen Irrigation and we couldn't be happier. Their professionalism, service and timeliness are top notch. Most recently. I contacted Evergreen to locate a leak in my irrigation system. I am mindful this is peak season service time for their industry. That said, a team arrived first thing the following morning, located and repaired the source of the leak, (a loose fitting) and put my yard back together in record time! Fantastic product. Great service. I called about an underground irrigation system. Bill called me back and explained what his company offered and the price. I told him our lawn had just been power seeded. He said he would be out ASAP to install the system. He came out a couple days later and installed the system. It works great. We are already noticing a huge improvement in our lawn. I wish more companies worked this way.

I am extremely satisfied with both Bill and the irrigation system that was installed. First, Bill is very responsive as I've had questions after the installation. Second, Bill is very thorough in explaining how to use Rainbird. Third, everyone that I've met or talked with from the company have been very professional. Fourth, the quality of the work was impeccable. After two weeks, there was no noticeable places in the lawn from the installation. I highly recommend Evergreen Irrigation.
