My experience with Excel Dental has been wonderful so far. I went to them with some very complicated dental problems. All work is done painlessly and proficiently in their office.No need to run around town going to specialists. They do implants , extractions and general dentistry . I have since sent my whole family there all with great results.

Absolutely the best Dental office experience ever. Am so blessed to have walked in at Excel in Mission Viejo. I had always been one of those individuals who was super scared of dentists due to my past horrible experiences. If there was zero I would of give this place a zero. First and foremost when I received their post card few months ago it was showing as if they have a decent prices for all their services. However after going to this place I was not only charged a lot more then any place, I also relaized that everyone that works there are Not experienced
. I have no idea if anyone in that place are real dentist :/ The only nice person there that was a bit nice seem like 18/19 years old 19 his name is Brayent, he was working on my tooth taking CT scan and as for the rest of them they all should get training all

An outstanding practice in all respects. Highest quality work was performed correctly the first time and on time. Care was thorough and professional. Fortunately for me me Dr. Lapsi also holds extensive credentials which enabled him to identify a malignant tumor in my throat in time to be treated. He saved my life. The staff is cordial and easy to deal with. The experience exceeded all of my expectations.During my consultation they took a 3D image, and explained how the process would work. Dr. Lapsi is an excellent Dentist who has a through knowledge and is an expert in his field. He was extremely caring towards my Dental needs and never once did I feel rushed towards making any decisions or towards the final results for my treatment. I have had several Implants placed in my mouth by him and my children have also had their Orthodontic treatment done with him. I am extremely satisfied with my family's as well as my treatment results. I can't stop obsessing about being ripped off by Excel Dental. I wish I could stop thinking about it. But not only did Dr Lapsi end up charging me $15,000 he ruined my teeth. They are advertising for 1800 for an implant crowneverything included. I needed an implant so I went into their office. That's when my life went downhill. XL dental ruined my birthday Thanksgiving Christmas and New Year's Eve. My mistake is that I kept believing them when they said they would fix theirmistakes and give me free work for what they had done wrong. How does it go "One time shame on you, Two times shame on me?

I had not been to the dentist in OVER 6 years. I had been dealing with pain from my wisdom teeth so I finally decided to go online and find a dentist that had a good reputation. I made appointment not knowing what to expect and now I can't stop telling everyone about Excel Dental, Implant and Orthodontics. This place has the nicest staff from receptionist, Glady's, to office managers, Dee and Wendy, to dental assistants, Marysol and Laila and even the dentist, Dr. Lapsi. Am an extremely satisfied patient of Dr. Lapsi's. My 3 children and myself have been patient's of Dr. Lapsi's for over 4 -years now. My children have had their braces done and wisdom teeth pulled at Dr. Lapsi's office and they all including myself are thrilled with their new smiles. What I always found convenient and loved about Dr. Lapsi's practice is that all the services are done at the office and not referred out. It always has been so convenient to schedule appointments and Dental work visits. The office is open late evening's as well as on Saturday's so that worked out best for my schedule

Totally unexpected luxurious and calming experience at a Dental office! It was my first time and I was offered the new patient special for cleaning and exam at $49.00. Excel Dental has knowledgeable staff and top notch equipment. One is easily relaxed in this clean and luxurious environment with soothing and calming music.
