I have been going to this doctor office for 4 years. They often fail to handle some of the very basic tasks, including follow-ups, paperwork, insurance or work with the Norcal imaging facility to process a simple MRI request. As a patient, I had to make multiple phone calls to get something simple done, some of these tasks should actually be handled by the admin staff there. Also, the staff never apologize when they make a mistake. Based on my experience, I think they either don't have the patients' best interest or they are just very incompetent with their day-to-day responsibilities.
