Services
We use sophisticated instruments to evaluate many of the structural, electrical and mechanical systems of the inspected home. Particular attention is paid to electrical flaws, moisture in the walls and ceilings. Safety related items, including gas leaks, carbon monoxide and hazardous substances are covered in the report also.

The service Richard provides is exemplary. He arrived early and was already well under way with external inspection before I even arrived. He is extremely thorough and really knows his stuff. Richard spotted a potential issue I would have missed and basically paid for himself before my purchase went through I really would recommend. My broker who has worked with multiple inspectors said hes the best shes seen.

Rich had his guys come out to do a home inspection on our first home. Everyone we dealt with in this company treated us like we were family. Rich Gallagher was excellent to work with on the inspection of my first home. He showed up early and was well into his work by the time I arrived. He then clearly explained and showed me all his findings and it was obvious he has the kind of eye for detail you want in a home inspector. He also had a colleague do a termite inspection at the same time as the home was inspected. His costs were reasonable and he was clear on when I could expect his report. I received his report on time and within budget. Very pleased overall!
